  • Yohimbe – There is no documentation or studies done that show that Yohimbe encourages weight loss. There have been studies done that show that Yohimbe may have a negative side effect on nursing or pregnant women, people with high blood pressure or kidney disease.

Overall, Hydroxycut Hardcore contains a potent amount of Caffeine and Green Tea, which are shown to be an effective fat burner when combined in heavy amounts. If you are concerned with or are sensitive to any stimulants, I would stay away from this product.     I am in good shape and was looking for a diet pill to help me loose the “last 5 pounds” so I purchased Hydroxycut. The first few days of taking it I got sick from the high amount of caffeine in it. I was too sick to workout or really do anything. However everybody raves about this product so I kept taking the pills. After about 5 days my system got use to the product and it didn’t make me sick any more. I took the entire bottle, ate clean, and worked out for 30 days. I didn’t drop a single pound. My body didn’t get firmer. I saw nothing! Hindsight 20/20 I would not have stuck out the nausea because I didn’t see any results.

    30 days is not enough. You have to stick to a good program for at least 8-16 weeks. I am a personal trainer and have used this for 3 months and have lost enough body fat to compete. Give it time. Plus eating clean for 30 days is nothing. Your body needs months of eating clean!!!!!!

    this product does nothing with fat burn. the only thing it does is give you that extra energy to work out a little longer from all the extra caffeine. not recommended

    this pill is horrible. i started taking it over a year ago and i only took it for about a month. during that time i started to get anxiety and had a COUPLE anxiety attacks. i never had it before and now because of the pill to this day i still have anxiety that will probably be with me the rest of my life.

    You took the product for 30days, ate clean, workout and still saw no changes.
    One thing for sure, every one’s body is different and will react differently to your changes in better living. But remember this, it will take time. You did not create the current body overnight and you will have to create a newer LIFESTYLE.
    When you say 30days, that is good start but you should give your self 90days before you expect changes.
    When you say you ate clean; did that include 4-6 meals per day smaller portions even balance of veggies and protein (no bigger than a fist or no more than two fists thumbs touching hands side by side)? Cut out the bread when possible and no meals after 6pm without skipping breakfast.
    When you say workout, did that include 3-4 days of 30mins or more cardio?

    I seriously doubt that you changed your lifestyle enough to force your body to change. If you follow these steps and take the product per its directions, you will see change.

    It is a commitment to change your lifestyle and that is the only way your body will change.

    i started taking this pill about 1 1/2 months ago. im 5′6 and a college athlete. i did need to lose weight so that i could perform better and faster. however even with the extreme athletic workouts everday and the healthy eating the only things that this pill did for me was give me stomach aches an hour after taking each pill and then keeping me up all night.. it also made me jittery and during running made my heart beat to fast to where it was burning like i was 100 pounds over weight. this was only with the regular hydroxi cut pills. not even the hardcore.. so the results = zero and the side effects are not worth dealing with.

    I used the regular hydroxcut and the first day it curved my appitite completely. I had to force my self to eat and it gave me alot of energy. I lost almost 10 lb in one week. After one week I stoped. I think it works, my mom lost 60 lbs off it.

    I took the Hydroxycut Hardcore for 2 weeks starting out. I didn’t get the nausea but I did get the jitters. I worked out everyday, ate healthy, and also included some yoga in my training and in 2 weeks I dropped 20lbs.

    I am going to take a guess and say that it may not work for everyone, but it certainly did for me.

    Also, I checked in with my doctor and he says I am healthy so for those concerned aboutt hat much weight in that little of time, don’t be. :)

    If you are a personal trainer why would you recommend a fat burner? I have never heard any personal trainer recommend this. This product is terrible and it shouldn’t take that long to see results if it really does work.

    Personal trainers aren’t going to tell the people they are training about fat burners, she is admitting this on a damn computer son. This product is horrible and there is no way it can work without ephedra, its useless. Pills like these shouldn’t be taken longer then 2 months….your body needs rest and so does your liver.
