Boda Extract No. 3 Side Effects

CLA is the main, and perhaps the only major ingredient in the supplement.  Though this is a proven supplement that actually assists in weight loss, there are what I would consider a few major concerns associated with taking the supplement.  Here are some of the serious side effects (yikes!):  high blood sugar, low HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol).  This means that if you have diabetes, be sure to consult your physician as we don’t want you dying on us.  There are also a few other not so serious side effects including: diarrhea, indigestion, nausea, and heartburn.  You should be aware that these aren’t the typical, but some side effects that could occur.  Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing.  If you have other potential complications, be sure to consult a physician before consuming.

Does Boda Extract No. 3 work well enough to buy?

This sometimes can be a little bit of a loaded question.  Having looked at the website, and seeing that there have been quite a few peer-reviewed studies that suggest that CLA (the major ingredient in Boda Extract No. 3) does work, you really may be investing in a product that will work.  However, there are also some serious side effects that could occur if you take the product.  I guess with anything, you must establish a pros and cons list, and then decide for yourself if that is the direction you wish to proceed in.  I would strongly suggest that you seek the advice of a physician before deciding to purchase this product (especially if you suffer from diabetes).

Also, the price is relatively fair.  You will get a discount if you are on auto-ship ($39 instead of $49 a month).  So now having seen the price, it should be a factor if you are looking for a comparable rate.  The decision to purchase this should come down to the decision between the positive aspects (it works) and the negatives (potential side effects).  On this one, it really is up to you.
