okay so this pill is totall crap and the arguement that u have to be on a diet during it is crap. The pill is another hoax i was on a diet that has helped me lose weight in the past but i wanted to lose like 5 more pounds, and i didn’t lose any weight all i did was bloat and gain a couple pounds. So this is crap just like every other pill that claims you lose weight.

it doesn’t work for me. i didn’t loose any weight instead i’ve lost my energy and got really sick. i did what exactly what it says on the bottle 6 before breakfast and lunch with lots of water. i stopped taking this pills on the 4th day, cuz i had bad fever and got really sick on the 2nd day. i had no energy what so ever and stopped taking it. i’m 25 years old and i wanted to loose 15 pounds. i don’t know if it’s only me or the pills.

just bought two bottels. I gained about 20 lbs and really want to loose it.
im 4’11 use to weight between 100 and 110 lbs. and now i weigh 133 lbs anxitey medicine made me eat like crazy. I stopped taking it 2 months ago and cant loose this weight. Im excited but nervous this is my first diet supplement. Do you really get nauseas? and also 6 pills everytime, REALLY? Can some one who has taken this and had good results email me with answers?

my BM has been regular until I started the 7 day detox. i eat herbs in my foods everyday, and have been for years and have had no problems with eliminating waste, but since taking dextox pills, I haven’t had not one bowel movement, and i drink a lot of water anyway, and eat a lot of fiber in my diet.

so how come taking the pills are having a negative affect on my body? making me feel bloated, nausea and even gaining weight?

You are combining 7 day dextox with something else to help you lose weight. the pills is supposed to work in 7 days. I’ve just did the 7 day detox and had no results; in fact it made me feel really bad; severe nausea, constipation and hard to eat properly.

Here’s the thing, prior to taking the pills, I’ve had regular bowel movements, almost everyday and sometimes twice a day, I’v had a good amount of enegry and no problems with my diet. I decided to try the pills to help rid my body of toxins that I know I’ve accumulated over the years. In order to detox, one needs to eliminate waste from the body. My body didn’t eliminate waste while using the pills, instead, I became severely constipated, didn’t lose any weight, and may have in fact, gained a few pounds. I am do bloated that i look like I’m about 4 to 5 months pregant. I purchased four bottles. don’t know if I can’t manage taking more.

first of all this detox wont work if you are going to eat like a pig while you are taking the pills. I did the detox and i lost 15 pounds in those 7 days. My stomach feels better, i always feel with a lot of energy and im continuing my new lifestyle by eating less and using portion control. everyone is different and will not achieve the same reaults, find something that workd for you. i may add that i did no type of exercise BUT i do work two jobs and i think that played some part in it. hopefully this has helped others who are trying out the product, i recommend it to anyone trying to lose serious weight.

hi..well i work out a lot and watch what i eat.. i also drink about half a gallon of water a day..i feel like ive hit my plateau..i cant seem to shed any lbs off…so after reading all these reviews i ordered the 7 day detox today is my first day so hopefully it works… it doesnt come wt any instructions so i was wondering can u still drink alcohol??

I order the 7 day detox, I received them on Sat. But decided to start using them on Monday of this week. I’m on my 3 day and so far I feel good. Just using the bathroom more times than usuall but I do feel light. I’m 5’4 weight 138 wanted to loose a few pounds and try to fit into my favorite jeans that I love so much, one thing I have to add. I have notice that my cellulite has fade a bit not as bad as before behing my thighs….lol so that I’m very surprised and happy to see. I do drink plenty of water and I do cardio at home for abouy 30 min to speed the process aswell. So I still have 4 more days, so I’m looking forward to checking my weight on the scale on Sunday nite or maybe just wait until Monday to see if this really work. If not I will still go ahead and get just one more bottle. I will write back on Friday to let you guys know how I’m doing so far.

today is my second day i haven’t been able to tell any difference i dont eat much at all although i do drink alot of soda i hope the pills help it sure is alot of pills to take i would like to know if every one takes 12 pills a day and do you have to take that many for them to work also how many bottles will it take me to lose 20 pounds if it were to work for me how many bottles should i use i will keep you updated although so far i cant tell any difference will let you know after weekend surly if its going to work at all i will be able to tell by then i never have been a big eater have tried other diet pills that didn’t work at all example alli wasn’t any good for me but no others who it worked good for i sure i hope i can lose 20 at the least hopefully more time will tell if anyone knows how many bottles i will need and if i have to take all 12 a day to work i would like to know

I see that there is alot of pros and cons, But I must say that I did try 7 day-detox about 3 yrs ago and in 3 wks I lost 18 lbs, in just the first week I lost 7 lbs, which was a 1 1/2 yr later after having my first child, i didn’t loss the baby weight and then some. I had hit a point where I was tired of not being able to fit into my jeans and having to shop at the plus size section terrified me, (no offense to those who do shop at the plus size, my respects to you all) but for me it was becoming hard to face that. Now that I have had my second child, Now 2 weeks old I have lost all the baby weight plus more, I really did take care of what I ate during this pregnancy, and I seem to have gone down to the weight and more of what I had started, I plan to get the 7-day detox again and hope that it works for me again. I definately do recommend this. Don’t over do it. I will also do what one lady mention, I will get to my desire weight and then just take it once a month to cleanse my body. This product may not work for all, but it does work for alot of people. Good luck to all!

So yesterday I weighed in at 159.4 and today was 159.2. These don’t make me feel icky at all but it will most likely be different for each person. I have eaten what I want though, so most of the day I eat pretty healthy but a couple of meals/snacks that aren’t. So so far I have lost 1.6 lbs, so if you want to lose more I am sure with healthy eating and exercise it will work. They do give me energy and clean me out but it’s not a have to go now urge. Today is day 4.

2nd day on 7 day detox, yesterday went fine. I only took the one dose because I took it later in the afternoon and I didn’t want all that caffeine in my body late in the evening. I felt fine, no nausea, used the bathroom once. I ate what I wanted yesterday and weighed in at 160.0, so that’s .8 down since yesterday. I took another dose this morning and have already used the bathroom 3 times but it’s not that ” I have to go now” feeling. So don’t worry about that. Feel good so far, will keep you updated!!

I just started the 7 day detox today. Took 6 pills before lunch. I feel ok so far. I am 33 years old and weigh 160.8 and am 5’6 in tall. I am very sensitive to caffeine and pills that make me jittery. So I am a good candidate to give you feed back after this. I have actually lost 55 lbs on my own with great nutrition and exercise but have gained about 11 lbs back. I have a wedding (renewing of vows) on our 3rd wedding anniversary March 6, 2011 so I want to drop a few lbs. I will let you all know exactly everything that happens. I will blog about this on this very page everyday so you can all keep up with the results. But remember results vary from person to person. You should always follow a good nutrition plan and get some exercise in even if it is for 20 mins. Even 20 mins and changing a few things with your diet can make a world of difference. Here’s my concern. I just had my first born on Nov. 29th, and I still have a belly. I gained alot of weight with my pregnancy. Stupid me tried Lipozene, and suprise suprise it didn’t work. So I’m looking at this 7 day detox and it sounds promising. But, do you have to keep taking it to keep the weight you lose off?

Im gonna start using these pills because im about 120 pounds and 5’2. I know that’s average but I have 36D cup size and I heard if you lose weight your boobs shrink too. False or true ? Hopefully true because I’m REALLY NOT comfortable with my body! 12 pills seem really extreme tho so I’m kinda scared.

sorry im a day late reporting results… i had a hard time choking down these huge pills and to take so many was even harder. although this was difficult for me i did it but i do not think i will finish the bottle i did, however manage to loose 5lbs but i included excersizing. I did 60 squat thrusts, standing crunches, jumping jacks in reps of 20 and i ran in place to a count of 100 per day. i also did stretching prior to excersizing. I will continue my routine with some other pills that are not so big and the dosage is less…hope this helps!

Angela, that is not a healthy body weight for someone of our height. I am also 5’3″ and a healthy weight for us is between 115 and 140. You do not need to lose any weight. You are UNDERWEIGHT. I recommend toning your muscles with weights NOT losing weight.

because your only 16 you internal body is not completly developed yet. i would not sugest this YET. i understand your situation. i was over 180 before i was 18. because your young a workout regimine would be your best bet. i know its alot f work but i lost my weight with insanity. its so difficult but is sooo worth it.

I just got my pills like 2 days ago and I’m just starting the pills this morning. Since the pills were so big, I just opened them up and dumped the contents in a glass and mixed it with a lot of water. I drank the pill contents down (tastes terrible by the way) but less strain to drink down big bulky pills. I drank a lot of water down so we’ll see how it goes!

hi well id like to say that i tried this product. for all you skeptics out there this is my honest review. i lost 12 pounds with two cycles of 7 day detox. during this time i ate like complete crap but i drank alot of water. when i didnt eat enough with the pills or drink enough i got sick to my stomach so i think its important to eat a decent size meal after you take the pills. the pills are also relatively big so you cant really swallow them without liquid. it will put you in the bathroom more frequently because of all the fiber in the pills. if you dont get enough fiber in your diet this is enough to start you off. i used this product over a year ago and am going to buy it again however a friend of mine found a company that sells the same product with 2 week supply for like 5 dollars more same dosages. so maybe ill try that
