How much weight does the avarage person loose taking with 72 hour diet pill? I’m unable to have a good work out plan due to my health although I try to stretch it’s not enough. So I need something that will still work without working out on a daily dasis.. I’m looking to loose 20 to 30 pounds, but I have an event in a week so I would like a little jump start, and this sounds like it might be my answer.

In the past Ive been on diet pills that included phen, water pill, chromium and other fat burners and appetite suppressants. The water pill definitely helps as long as you take a potassium supplement or a bannan. I too was a fan of ephedra adn have struggled weight management without it. But the 72 hour pill really helps with keeping the excess off when combined with a moderate diet, exercise and a multi-vitamin.
