Hi, I am just reading your review and I am wondering what kind of diet and/ or work out plan did you follow to lose 5 pounds in a week? I have been taking fenphedra for 4 days now and i’m scared to even get on a scale yet because I don’t feel like I’ve lost any weight yet nor do I feel that much different besides being a little less hungry.

I’m on day 5 of Fenphedra, and took the Fen-72 for the first three days. I’m sure it was the detoxing of the Fen-72, but I’m down TEN pounds today!!!! I’m so excited. Fenphedra was good but not great for me as far as weight loss goes. I lost 5.9 pounds in 34 days with it.

I have been taking fenphedra for about 1 month now and I love it. I have a goal weight loss of 30 lbs. I have lost about 20 lbs to date. Yes some of the weight that came off was prior to taking the “fat buster” but not much..If I had to guess..I would say no more than 5 lbs. I have been exercising about everday..simple things…walking for an hour or a 30 min slow jog. Fenphedra has given my diet and exercise program “a super charged boost”. I have taken about 20 different types of fat burners over the last 10 years. Of course xenadrine (with ephedra) was the best….but that is banned. i ordered my fenphedra last tuesday received it this morning tuesday i took my first pill i love it… i went to a diet dr she gave me amphetemines to take that were making me crazy. this feels just as good i hope i don’t start getting moody.

I have granolla bar in the morning and two slice of bread with one slice of baked with ketchup and chilli sauce which both dont have calories for lunch, then at around 5-6 after working out I either have some friuts or have drink some juice.
