I figured it was a scam a few hours after I received my order when I tried calling them. Will NOT answer phone and I finally got an order # and a password, neither was good can’t get through on the web site unless you log in and it won’t let you!!! I’m so discusted I’m trying my credit card company next!!!!

This is definitly a scam. i ordered it and received an empty box. At first i thought OK I didn’t see any charges on my credit card. Then i received a 86.42 charge. I called multiple times and finally got someone struggling to speak English.
I was assured that the money would be reimbursed and my order would be cancelled and they would send me a complimentary bottle.
It showed up promptly two days later but so did a second charge on my account less than 15 days later. So far 1 bottle has cost me 172.82 dollars. I have contacted them again and still am trying to get my money back. (Again i was assured to get my money back) I will be contacting my credit company to either cancel my card or see what recourse i can take.

I am another person who fell for the Acai Berry Detox. After reading about the “free trial” they offered, it seemed like a product I could utilize for myself. And I had heard so much about the Acai Berry’s healthy attributes. So I filled out the form complete with my debit/charge card number. I hit the button to submit…and nothing happened. I didn’t think it went through, and thought, “oh well…so much for that!” and dismissed it from that point. A week later I got a call from someone to confirm my order. I told him to cancel the order…that something had come up to where I could no longer afford the monthly charge. I told him not to send the product after further conversation. Thought it was settled. A week later I get a little white box with a bottle of Acai Berry Detox and a pamphlet describing the product. I assumed he sent me the free trial anyway. A second box arrived a month later with the same contents. I didn’t call the company phone number on the pamphlet because I thought they had gotten something crossed and sent another free trial. I should never assume!
Today, when a co-worker and I went to a restaurant, I tried to pay for my food and my debit card was declined….twice. I knew I had a balance, so I called the bank to see what the problem was. They told me that there was a pending authorization from Wellness Labs for 86.47, and that my account was frozen.
In the meantime, I can’t use my account and I have no cash. I did not authorize the purchase, but it will come out of my account anyway, or I don’t get to use my account.
I tried to contact the company and the message I got was automated. It said all of the customer service reps were assisting other customers and then it directed me to a website called http://www.myordersupport.com. This is a generic website that did not have the “live chat with no wait time” available anywhere. There was no direct link to Wellness Labs OR the Acai Berry Detox Customer Support. I found this page, so I’m telling my story which doesn’t seem much different from others that I’ve read. There is another website called http://www.complaintboard.com that also has horror stories of money coming out of bank accounts. The Better Business Bureau will hear my story also.

when you’ve lost all the wight and stop using the product., wouldn’t you just put it all back on again?

. Two weeks later I got a charged 87.00. i called they told me i did’t look closely at the trems . I said i want my mony back.he said Ihave to mail back the bottles then they would rebuse me. I called back today they dont know what iam talking about and gave me counel number.

I got them online, they were supposed to be a free trial but I was charged 14 days later for the Colon Cleanse 300 and the acai berri detox, $87 each and in less then a month for 2 more bottles. Chuston what is the name of the product you bought at walgreens?
