I figured it was a scam a few hours after I received my order when I tried calling them. Will NOT answer phone and I finally got an order # and a password, neither was good can’t get through on the web site unless you log in and it won’t let you!!! I’m so discusted I’m trying my credit card company next!!!!

I purchased both bottles (have not used yet, so I can’t comment on results) and cancelled my “FREE TRIAL” about 30 minutes from ordering. Of course, they tried to talk me into calling back later to cancel, but I told them to do it now. I was speaking with a live op on the phone as i was conversing with an op on thier website. The website person was more helpful than the phone op.

Acai Berry Detox did NOT help me lose weight at all. It simply made me incredibly constipated. WOW. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
This is definitly a scam. i ordered it and received an empty box. At first i thought OK I didn’t see any charges on my credit card. Then i received a 86.42 charge. I called multiple times and finally got someone struggling to speak English.
I was assured that the money would be reimbursed and my order would be cancelled and they would send me a complimentary bottle.
It showed up promptly two days later but so did a second charge on my account less than 15 days later. So far 1 bottle has cost me 172.82 dollars. I have contacted them again and still am trying to get my money back. (Again i was assured to get my money back) I will be contacting my credit company to either cancel my card or see what recourse i can take.
I am also one of the dummies that didn’t read the terms & conditions. After ordering this from a nanaweb site of a well known talk cooking show I started recieving calls from them that just said order confermation on caller ID. They called me several times before I got off work. There were two different products. When they finally got me on the phone they thanked me for my purchase. Then they told me they wanted to let me know they would be recording our conversation. they were talking pretty fast. But then I heard him say something about a charge of $49. being charged to my account. That when I told him to hold it & that he could cancel everything. That I did not have $49. to give them each month that I just wanted to try it but not that bad.After hanging up with him in about 10 mins. I got another call. Different number but ID still said order confermation. I answered the phone. When they started talking I said excuse me for interupting but he could cancel everything. I guess they did. I never recieve the second product. But after saying all that I would like to say this. I have taken the product well only 1 a day instead of 2 but I have felt better & had more energy than I have in a very long time. Can’t say that I have lost that much weight but feel SO MUCH BETTER!
I am another person who fell for the Acai Berry Detox. After reading about the “free trial” they offered, it seemed like a product I could utilize for myself. And I had heard so much about the Acai Berry’s healthy attributes. So I filled out the form complete with my debit/charge card number. I hit the button to submit…and nothing happened. I didn’t think it went through, and thought, “oh well…so much for that!” and dismissed it from that point. A week later I got a call from someone to confirm my order. I told him to cancel the order…that something had come up to where I could no longer afford the monthly charge. I told him not to send the product after further conversation. Thought it was settled. A week later I get a little white box with a bottle of Acai Berry Detox and a pamphlet describing the product. I assumed he sent me the free trial anyway. A second box arrived a month later with the same contents. I didn’t call the company phone number on the pamphlet because I thought they had gotten something crossed and sent another free trial. I should never assume!
Today, when a co-worker and I went to a restaurant, I tried to pay for my food and my debit card was declined….twice. I knew I had a balance, so I called the bank to see what the problem was. They told me that there was a pending authorization from Wellness Labs for 86.47, and that my account was frozen.
In the meantime, I can’t use my account and I have no cash. I did not authorize the purchase, but it will come out of my account anyway, or I don’t get to use my account.
I tried to contact the company and the message I got was automated. It said all of the customer service reps were assisting other customers and then it directed me to a website called http://www.myordersupport.com. This is a generic website that did not have the “live chat with no wait time” available anywhere. There was no direct link to Wellness Labs OR the Acai Berry Detox Customer Support. I found this page, so I’m telling my story which doesn’t seem much different from others that I’ve read. There is another website called http://www.complaintboard.com that also has horror stories of money coming out of bank accounts. The Better Business Bureau will hear my story also.

I had cancel this products from the the beginning after the fiirst day free trail.
These knucklehead still charging my account for this product which I was unaware of. I personally called to have them cancel. I called again and they still do not show me cancelling. Now Im in the situation that I have to change my account. This is poor and unprofessional business. I do not recommend this product to nobody.

I am trying to figure out what the difference is to the bottle or bottles you bought and the acai cleanse I bought cause I bought a bottle and ten days later I dropped 11pounds. I never changed my daily habits watched my diet and visited the gym and took this product and lost a total of 11 pounds in ten days. I purchased mine from Walgreens, it worked for me.

I order the ACAI BERRY DETOX and the PURE CLEANSE Ihave reviced them and I just now started using them n it same to be working n I am glad I have 2 kids and did not have any energy to do anything with them and now I have a lot of energy to play with them.

Well, I have to say that my experience was much better than what I have read here. I received a box of the Acai berry detox at my home and at my work address. I also received the Probiotic Cleanse at my work. I called the number on the box in Hollywood, FL (1-866-949-0138) and talked with a very nice, English speaking young lady (Agent 165) who promptly cancelled all 3 accounts and gave me cancellation numbers and told me that my accounts were closed and there would be no further charges. So far, I’ve only paid the $3.95 each for shipping. My credit card company did issue a fraud alert when these charges came through and when I called about it, the gentleman I spoke with advised me to cancel these accounts right away because it was a scam. I’m still going to try the pills and see what happens. I’ve tried everything else under the sun to lose weight, might as well try this, too. Good luck to those of you who are having trouble with this product!
You have to call them within 17 days of the free trial to cancel the automatic renew.
I also took the product and lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks. Of course i was still eating what i wanted, but my stomach emptied the foods everytime.
I just ordered it about a week ago, noticed no changes in rise in energy level, weight loss or muscle growth. I’v been on a bad streak and gained some weight and lost my healthy lifestyle, i thought this might help me get back on the right track.
In their Terms & Conditioning they wrote that I could cancel my order by sending an email containing name, address and product name to the adress given.
I just sent my email a few second ago, and after what I have read here today, I’m apparently going to have a hard time getting this cancellation through.

I signed up for the “FREE” trial and thought the trial sample would be ‘FREE”. Don’t sign up for the “FREE” trial because it isn’t FREE! They put in small print under terms and conditions that you have to pay for the “FREE” sample after 17 days. Who advertises a ‘FREE’ sample and then charges you for it ? This company is a rip off, so don’t even try them. Besides that, my husband tried this and it didn’t help him at all.
I have never seen lower sale tactics in my life! I cancelled, they billed my account again the same day I cancelled and now whem I get the product I have to send it back registered to have a tracking #. I then have to call them to give them the tracking # and ask them to credit that return!!! Not the berries fault but the sale tactics. I got sucked in thinking it was a free offer, but instead it is a free “trial period”

I have to agree this is a scam. I ordered the free sample bottle. They called me before they shipped to me and ask if I would like to get monthly shipments. I told them No, I wanted to try them first. I took the pills about 2 weeks and ended up in the hospital with a $4,000. bill from the damage it did to my intestins. Then when I was better and was looking over my bank statement I was chargerd twice for the shipping of one bottle of pills. Not that big of a deal until I also saw a payment of $80.25 for another bottle that I never got or ordered. When I call I get no answer and have 2 diffrent numbers for the company. My next step is the bank. I would like to know why these people have not been stoped yet. I wish I had seen this web site before I ordered the stuff. The bottom line is, it does not really matter if it works or not. The issue is taking money out of peoples accounts when they shouldn’t. The Steal !!!

I just called them because they don’t send you any information in the box so, you can cancel your order. All they tell you is that you agreed to it online when you accepted the very expensive free trial. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you the supervisor is going to tell you the same thing and you just have to pay the amount. She would not let me speak to the supervisor. I will not do business with these people again.

I thought also i was getting a free trial and noticed the 86.42 charge on my acct without permission they charged me 4 times they still send bottles and i have never used this product either. But i got my bank involved with fraud on this handling it for me . The way you sell your product is deceitful and you should be ashamed of yourselves. This product is so overpriced. You can buy the same acai berry supplement at the health food store for $11.00. You claim it’s a free trial and yet when I called on the 30th day after I opened it and told you I would ship you the unopened bottle back to you and please refund the what you had charged me. The free trial ended up costing me $83+. You may have it posted somewhere on your website that there was only 14 days to cancel my “free” trial or you would charge me that much money but it wasn’t at all clearly stated. well i am not sure if i got the same thing that all you are talking about but i ordered something called ColorBlast System Cleanse and for some reason they also charged me for Acai Berry Detox which i d idn’t even say I wanted when it offered. But i called today and canceled both those orders and received a cancellation number. I was one of the few people to read the fine print. I already knew that I would have to pay after 17 days of the free trial. This is why it hasn’t even been a week and i’m already canceling. All i want is to give the pills a try, not to pay $80 for a bottle of pills. I know to “see results” i’d have to try this for 90 days, but honestly i doubt that. i only need to loose at the most 20 pounds, i’m not a very heavy person, use the one month free trial (which i was told i don’t have to return the bottles at all, they are mine to keep), and continue doing my regular workout every night and watch my calorie intake and im sure i’ll loose the weight in no time

It’s not that hard to concel as long as you do it as soon as you sign up (or within a few days) I heard about this product online and thought i’d give it a try, after ordering i read that it would automatically charge me money that i don’t have. i used the contact information on the website and canceled. i received an email about half an hour later informing me that my account had been canceled and no more charges would be made for the product. Yesterday, completely unexpected, i still received my trial bottle of Acai Berry Detox and i’m going to try it along with my new fitness regime. I’ve only taken one before lunch today and i can feel it doing something, it gives like a funny sensation in your belly for lack of a better description but not a uncomfortable one. I bought the $.99 free trial. Have not tried it yet, going to start tomorrow morning. I called about 15 days after ordering as there was a charge pending against my bank account. The rep cancelled the charge and gave me a confirmation number. A few days later the charge was dropped from my account. I held onto the phone number and confirmation for a few weeks to make sure there would be no futher charges and there weren’t any. Will have to see if this stuff works. other websites say that becasue what I ordered is not pure AcaiBerry (it is 4:1) that it won’t work.
Acai detox with probiotics is what I purchase and is very effective. I used it for 10 days and although it recommended to do 4 tablets 3 times a day I had to use 2 tablets 2 times a day and still had very effective results…. I payed no more then 13 dollares for the bottle and will use it in another 6 months. It is alittle harsh and can cause severe cramping (full strenght) but does clean the system out…cleansing yes weight loss no….
I got my acai cleanse at walgreens and it only cost me 13.oo dollars. It is a purple box and saids 10-day acai detox with probiotics. I would recommend to use 2 tablets at a time 2 to 3 times a day as I found the product very effective. Good Luck
I am not familiar with any company who offers a free trial that does not also say you will be charged $X monthly if you do not cancel. This is standard procedure with free trials. Netflix does it as well as many others so I expected auto charges. I did not go for the free trial however. I purchased mine at CVS for 14.99 and it came with the Acai Cleanse and a Fat Burner Cleanse. This is my first day using it and I have to say that I do feel more energized than I have in a long time.
I ordered AcaiBerry Detox about a month ago and after about 2 weeks I cancelled and didn’t have any problems cancelling as far as I know, they have not billed me and if the do I have the conformation number and I recorded theconversation(I always do) cause I tried over a hundred diet pills they were all bad but 1. I still have not tried the acia cause I just had a 2 level fusion back surgery so I want to ask my doctor at my follow up appointment. I will update as soon as I take the and believe me I will be brutally honest. ADIPEX works but doctors prescribed only. I use to take them but my doctor won’t prescibe me anymore until my blood pressure is under control.
