Comprei um frasco no site que estava ligado a globo.com e esta para debitar em meu cartão de credito mes que vem mas nao recebi nada ainda a compra foi efetuada no dia 04/01/2011, estou querendo baixar e nao pagar o produto pois ainda nao recebi, sei que é importado mas gostaria de saber qual o prazo de entrega e como esta o andamento do meu produto.
a entrega esta para o endereço Rua jacaranda 1067, centro Quedas do Iguaçu-pr brasil, cep: 85460-000.

Isn’t the law charged to verify all web companies? Those companies should be closed immediately ’cause they take advantage of people who doesn’t know what they buy, here in Mexico is the PROFECO, a gubernamental institution that is in charged of this problems, i must veirfy this in Mexico, because this Acai Elite is being offering here too.

I got charged 184.00 when the trial said 5.95 how do i get it to stop. I just got sent another bottle today and didn’t know I was getting more and didn’t want more and they charged me again for it. What do i need to do.

After reading all the complaints, this company has made some money off of our failure to investigate a company before offering our credit card information. We have all shared the same complaints and the only way to stop the charges was to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued. It is sad, however, that there are so many of us and yet this company continues to fool additional hopefuls. They have shipped these pills with no dosage instructions, no return address or phone number and my financial institution was unable to find an address also. Is this company really this unstoppable?

Tried the product for free trial, recieved product but account was not only charged by the company purchased online but other charges under a dollar were charged but the company said they were not US charges & there was nothing they could do to adjust the extra charges. I cancelled & would not recommend being suckered in. Eating healthy proportions & excercise are the safest way to lose weight-IF you can stick to it! Yet they are the most time & money consuming!

THEY DON’T HAVE A PHONE TO CALL & CANCEL AND REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH EMAILS. THIS MEANS YOU REALLY CAN NOT CANCEL THE ORDER. I HAD TO STOP PAY WITH MY CREIDT CARD TO GET IT TO STOP. BEWARE ………………AND IT DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT EVEN ORDER OR TRY!

I ordered the free trial for $5.95 and they received a charge of $79.95. I called the customer service number or the suppose product and they do not have know of the product and do not have me in their computer as purchasing anything. They said it might have been a scam to get my card.

After receiving my free trial bottle, something just didn’t feel right. There were no instructions of how to take these pills, how many should be taken and the bottle wasn’t sealed. I started my investigation and stumbled across this post, checked my account and there it was, another charge to my account for 79.95. Needless to say i canceled my card and suggest others who been had to do the same, thanks Kay and Mystery!!!

They charged me $75 right after i got my sample. In the mean time I had also other fraudulent charges and i had to change my credit card. So luckily they sent me a mail asking for a different credit card and i refused since i never accepted for anything other than free trial.
so pre-warn your bank and put a stop on the same.

I ordered this before I read this review and have yet to recieve the product. Fortunately I was only charged 5.95 for shipping. But if they try to charge me again then I’ll take it up with my bank. Unfortunately, there are companies out there trying to capitalize on this and are scaming innocent people in the process. It’s unfortunate but true.
