I agree, I give this product a negative review. I wish I had ran across this site before purchasing the Acai Slim product. It would have saved me 5.99 for the trial and $89.95 for the monthly subscription(which I didn’t want or have.) I just wonder, what else others were really taking along with this product for it to be such a ‘great success’ as their website(acaislimdiet.com) professed? I even took the recommended colon cleaner at the same time and still no results. Go Figure!

I received a trial bottle of Acai-aSlim but then I found out that they have been charging my credit card $79.99 + S&H.
First, I did not plan of receiving the product monthly.
Second, I don’t think it’s got a good diet result since I’ve been gaining weight since I started taking the capsule, & I’m very active individual & work out @ least 3-4X/week.
Third, I tried to call the number I found from the label numerous times but no avail & it’s recording & asked you to hold forever.
Fourth, I just want to cancel & for them to stop charging my credit card for too much money with no result.
fifth, I will take this further, if Acai-aSlim diet supplement company will not stop sending the product & charging my credit card.

I don’t understand why people doesn’t just go to GNC. $20 gets you a bottle of 60 pills.

Acaislim is not the only acai company that makes several fraudulent charges on credit cards; all of the free trails eventually charge you $80.00 monthly. Luckily I cancelled my “subscription” before I received the product and received my money back. Although the company attempted to scam me, I must admit the product worked well for me. I used premium acai berry in conjunction with nature cleanse and lost weight in only a few weeks. My complextion is also clearer. I didn’t even go on a strict diet, but simply reduced my food intake. But I recommend buying the products from GNC just to insure your money stays in your pocket!

acai slim taken with colon ceanse really works!!!! i lost 30 pounds in a month and people dont buy online go to gnc!! 39.00 for it all. take a tablet of acai slim and a tablet of colon cleanse 3 times a day and my gosh u will c results!

i saw the web sight acai slim free trail and decided to see what it was about. What caught my eye was how it was featured on oprah so i figured it had to work. I got my free trial and then the calls started coming. Companies wanting to send more things i cancelled soon after and on day i had a charge of 19.95 so i called my bank and we went over my statement they were charging about once or twice a week. I didn’t notice because it range from $1 to .$4.99. so i didn’t catch it. The bank rep did some research and found this company and others are affiliated with fraudulant companies. I had to cancel my card and get a new one. I am stll waiting for them to refund my money. From the looks of it I probably won’t see it. If i had known about GNC i would have went there. I will never order off the internet again.

It is a scam to buy it on the internet. I was charged more than the conformation email said even though I returned it before the end of my free tria. They stated they will refund it but it has been a month and nothing. they also signed me up with 2 additional companys who have charged my credit card and who refuse to refund the money because I did not cancel within the stated peroid. I never even knew I was signed up and the confirmation email said nothing about these addtional companies or how to cancel. Is that not fraud. . Some free trial it has cost me over 120$ and 3 hours of time on the phone trying to sort it out

I thought i was going to recive a free trial. theres nothing free about it they charge you for S&H and 87.62 for the tril bottal and ypou have to pay even thow you cancal during your free trial. in a email sent back to me said i could return the produck and not be charged but no return shipping address gave me a number to call i am trying to get ahold of some one to get that return address to ship back there product i can not take this product because of a heart problem i have and they dont state whats in it before reciving it. to me its a scam and i like to have this out there on a web sight some were to stop them from ripping people off i got ripped all right in less that a month 14 days that wasnt a free trial

This is such a scam!!! I have to put a stop payment now because I never even received my “free” trial and I called to cancel my membership and it will still cost me $87.62!! They said I have to return the unused product. I tried to explain to them I do not have a product to return. They said they can open up the account again and reorder me one and then I can just send it back. I said absolutely not!!! I asked to speak to a manager and I was told he was there but he was busy. This was after I was on hold for 15 minutes just listening to music before someone even came on the line. I tried the live chat first. They said to call the toll free number. When I did and was on hold for the first 10 minutes I went back to live chat and they said the lines are closed. I said how can they be closed when they are open til 9MST…it’s only 8 where I am EST. Then I was told they are probably busy….YEA BUSY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! So now I will be charged $30 for a stop payment, but it’s better than $87.62. I am still interested in trying this product, however I’m going to go to GNC!

This product is not only a hoax and severely overpriced but the company is fraudulently scamming me out of money at this moment. I am going to have to call my bank and report them and THEN have my card cancelled so no further charges can be made to my bank account. The phone number I received from them on the original confirmation e-mail is 1-888-591-2190 and they have customer service available supposedly from 5am – 8pm M-F mountain time. However, when nobody answers their phone, the have a message that says they can be contacted on the web via live support and then conveniently neglect to give you the web address. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I would like to add also that I was charged the $89 for the product and called, got the shipments cancelled, got a return authorization, sent the product back, and am awaiting the money in my account. I did the same with the colopure product. I also got charged $24 for a web membership for the world club fitness that had a contact number on the internet that did not work. All under the thought that they were just “trials”. Finally, after much hassle, I was able to quite my subscription. Today, more than two months later I had a debit on my bank account for a “SUP Worldfit” for $24.13. When I called inquiring as to who this was and why they billed my account, I was told that when I signed up for ACAI SLIM, I agreed to a membership with WORLD CLUB FIT where the first month would be free and after that it would be 24.13 a month. The company is a fraud. My wife ordered the $6.95 item, received an email confirming the $6.95 charge on her credit card, and then for some reason checked her credit card charges online. She found she was charged $6.95 two time by this company, plus two more charges of $99.95 each. She immediately tried to call the Dis-Service phone number, held for 1.5 hours and quit in frustration. She sent an email to cancel and demanded removal of the charges on the card. I will pursue the matter. I have no idea about the products, BUT DO NOT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

i spent 199.oo on a four month supply of acaislim and ultra colon cleanse and upon taking them over a month ago and have seen no results at all i checked the bottle for an adress to find that the company doesnt exist so i cant even send this useless product back to the rip off scam artists.i have checked my paypal account but it only gives me a name(claire walters)and no email adress
