I have lost a little over 30lbs now and my vital signs are all within my normal range to +/- 2-3 max. That being said do not take adipex if you are drinking energy drinks as it will cause your pupils to dilate like you are high. Make sure you do eat when on the pill as it is more effective if you maintain a certain caloric range and eat 4-6 small meals a day and don't eat after 7pm unless your body is attuned to that schedule due to work, school, etc. This also may prevent the problem of you gaining weight back after you stop taking adipex since your stomach would not have shrunk and then you are devouring a baker's dozen of any type of food.
