But there are a few good proven ingredients that have been shown to provide good effects. One that stands out is citrus aurantium, which is a pretty effective little fat burner that is being used more and more in diet pills.

As far as I can tell, there is only a guarantee on unopened bottles of Bioquest Betastax. A guarantee on an unopened bottle is completely worthless, without a guarantee on used product you cannot even try the pills and there is no way to know if you are even going to like them or not.
