The Blue Print Cleanse claims to “gently rid your body of impurities, regain an alkaline balance, and normalize digestion and metabolism.” The cleansing program consists of three individual cleanses to choose from The Renovation Cleanse, The Foundation Cleanse, and The Excavation Cleanse. Each of these Blue Print cleanses can be taken for 3,5, or 10 days. While on the Blue Print Cleanse you will drink 6 different juice blends per day while consuming nothing else but purified water.

What Does The Blue Print Cleanse Do For Your Body?

This is what the 3,5, and 10 day Blue Print Cleanses are suppose to accomplish. “Depending on the length of the Cleanse, it accomplishes different things. A three-day Cleanse helps the body rid itself of old built up matter and cleanses the blood. A five-day Cleanse starts the process of rebuilding and healing the immune system. A ten-day Cleanse will take care of problems before they arise and fight off degenerative diseases.”

Blue Print Cleanse Recommended Usage

Five days before you start The Blue Print Cleanse its recommended you eliminate all meat, cheese, alcohol, coffee, white processed foods and sweets from your diet.You are also recommended to wait at least one hour between juices and to finish the your last juice at least two hours before bedtime. Your Blueprint juices are delivered to your doorstep in an insulated cooler and require refrigeration.

How Much Is The Blue Print Cleanse?

The Blue Print Cleanse is going to cost you a whopping $65.00 per day (plus $20 shipping per day if you live outside of New York City) or 20 days for $1,700. They recommend using all three different cleanses for best results. B

lue Print Cleanses are by far the most expensive cleansing products I’ve ever reviewed. In their ‘Terms and Service’ they mention something about a subscription:

“Automatic Renewal Terms? Your subscription will be automatically renewed and your credit card will be automatically charged on a quarterly, monthly or weekly basis, depending upon the billing terms for your account, for as long as you remain a member. You agree that BPC will not be obligated to send you any renewal or advance billing notices or confirmations that your credit card has been charged.”

Not too sure how you can sign up for an automatic renewal, but I don’t recommend jumping right into it as an option.

I do not recommend The Blue Print Cleanse. The program is extremely overpriced and does not come with a money back guarantee. There are much better fat burning and cleansing supplements available for half the price of the Blue Print Cleanse.
