I don't get the point of having a "review" of a product, without actually reviewing the product. Other than you taking your "valuable" time to actually download and watch a video of an ad on the product. What information did I gain by coming here? This is just a website designed to get people here and then try and sell some pills. Even I know it's not a "stick". It's a polymer composite, it may have a warranty on it, or not, but you just don't "break" something made out of that stuff, you'd have to deliberately try and destroy it. Plus you would have the normal return period of wherever you purchased it, at least 30 day, perhaps more with some stores. I've never used one. But was considering it due to injuries I have preventing me from doing what I used to do--and given it's long history of use in rehabilitation hospitals. There are also several different versions, besides the large one. In case you are older, or injured, or want more cardio and less resistance. Again, I cannot say anything positive, or negative. But there are several respectable publications that have said good things about the product. Mens/Womans Fitness to even Marine Corps articles on fitness, where it's being used in rehabilitation. Which is what it was apparently originally made for about 20+ years ago. That's how long it's been around. I think I'm leaning towards getting one. I'm just deciding which model is best for me. If I don't like it after a couple of weeks, I can always return it. You can purchase online, or several stores, such as Sears apparently carry the classic model, you see in the ads. You still may have to order it though, but can usually walk it in to return.

I just started using this product. I think it might actually work.

I still need some more work with it till I gain enough strength to do all of the exercises, but I'm encouraged and will continue using it. It comes with a great video and each work out routine is prefaced with stretching to maximize safety and recovery.

Doesn't seem like the reviewer did much more than look at the web site.

I just read the above Bodyblade review and I wondered if that person actually held a Bodyblade in his/her hands. I purchased a Bodyblade classic at the end of May and I'm very pleased with it. It doesn't shake or vibrate by itself; YOU have to make it move. It works your arms, core muscles and back muscles. Follow the DVD instructions and you'll get a nice workout. You don't have to use it for long periods of time; just a few minutes a day will make a difference. I can already see a nice difference in my arms and abdominals.
Of course, before starting any new exercise program, check with your doctor first and then use the Bodyblade carefully until you are used to it.
