What Is Capsiplex?
I love going to restaurants and ordering the spiciest thing on the menu. My husband hates it when I make such spicy food because he can’t handle the burn. So when I heard that eating spicy foods particularly with cayenne pepper could help me to lose weight I was the first one to try this technique. Sadly, it didn’t work as well as I had hoped but Capsiplex is supposed to give you the full power of capsicum powder.
When I tried Capsiplex I didn’t experience a lot of side effects which is the first thing I noticed. But it did cause problems like heart burn. Even though I regularly eat spicy food I don’t usually get heart burn so it really surprised me that Capsiplex caused such bad heartburn.
Capsiplex is designed to help suppress your appetite. It is supposed to reduce the amount of food that you eat by keeping you full longer. They say that you will burn an extra 278 calories a day but since it is supposed to be an appetite suppressant how are you going to burn the extra weight? Losing an extra 278 calories a day will certainly help in your weight loss goals but you shouldn’t expect it to be a terribly fast rate at which to lose weight. The healthiest rate at which to lose weight is one to two pounds per week. It might feel like you aren’t losing weight but when you look back over the past several weeks and notice that suddenly you are 10 pounds lighter you will be able to see and feel the results.
I was disappointed that Capsiplex couldn’t work faster than it did because it really doesn’t do much more than diet and exercise would. Losing 278 calories a day doesn’t translate to much more than 1.5 pounds off per week (since a pound of fat is estimated to be about 3,500 calories). The reason I needed a fat burner was to get me over the dieting plateau and this isn’t the fat burner to do that.
What’s In Capsiplex?
Capsicum powder is the main ingredient in Capsiplex. It is included in large amounts and also has the right covering in order to prevent it from damaging your insides.
Capsiplex Pros
- Uses capsicum powder
- No side effects
Capsiplex Cons
- Expensive for the results you get
- Not terribly effective
Capsiplex Conclusion
As a fat burner Capsiplex doesn’t have as much power as I needed since it didn’t propel my diet forward. I can’t even recall having a suppressed appetite after using it so it really just felt like it wasn’t worth using at all. I was frustrated that Capsiplex didn’t work better and that I couldn’t find a guarantee to return the product so I was just out the money I had spent on this product. Capsiplex didn’t cause jittery feelings or anxiety which was a huge bonus but I did get heartburn while I was using it which made it a little more difficult to use. I won’t go back to this product because the results were not quick or lasting.
