I am also appauled that you can not talk to a human being on the phone about cancelling the future orders. They just get your card number and continue to send the stuff and charge you for it. When I ordered it I told the person that I did not want anymore than the one order to try and not to send anymore till I called them. They sent it anyway and charged me. I sent the stuff back and cannot get hold of anyone to get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!! Colon Flow did not work at all for me. They changed my card # because they said they may charge you again. After three months--Colon Flow lost the case and I got a credit on my VISA card. Hooray for VISA!
