What is Control ACS?
Control ACS is GNC’s Appetite Control Support weight loss supplement.
Control ASC’s formula contains B vitamins, chromium, and a blend of herbs. The formula is very high in stimulants. It contains black tea, green tea, coffee bean extract, and yerba mate extract (contains more caffeine than coffee). This much caffeine could cause several negative side effects such as headaches, insomnia, jitteriness, and a rapid heart beat.
I am disappointed in Control ACS’s formula. The other herbs it contains are dill weed extract, grape seed extract, ginger root extract, grape skin extract, and Chrysin (passion flower extract). These herbs may have some medicinal properties, but none of them are proven to aid in weight loss or known to suppress the appetite. I wonder how they came up with these ingredients?
The GNC webpage for Control ACS gives you almost no information about this product except the ingredients. GNC needs to do a better job of providing information on how their products actually work.

Control ACS retails for $39.99 per bottle. Costly for the ingredients it contains.
Control ACS Conclusion
I do NOT recommend Control ACS to those of you serious about losing weight. The Control ACS formula is over caffeinated and doesn’t even contain and proven appetite suppressant. There are more affordable weight loss supplements on the market that won’t cause the same negative side effects as Control ACS.
