I did obey my thirst and drank alot of water though. Around 1pm I had lunch then the whole afternoon I wasnt hungry at all. I normally ate 3-4 times a day and all fatty food because I am asian. I'm feeling good not starving or hungry and drank alot of water. We"ll see how my journey goes and I got 3 bottles od decaslim to finish. I will sure keep all of you posted.
