Dexatrim is line of diet products that has been around for quite a while.  It used to just be Dexatrim, but now it includes all sorts of variations that end up being pretty much the same thing (Dexatrim Results, Dexatrim Max, etc.).  The big question is whether its time on the market has made it a better product or if it is just relying on its contracts with Wal Mart to sell itself.

Dexatrim Ingredients

As there are a number of different variations, lets just look at the core ingredients of the product line…

  • Green Tea
  • Oolong Tea
  • Ginseng

Wait, that’s it?  Yes, it turns out that the core “weight-loss” ingredients in all of these products are basic herbal supplements.  Green and oolong tea are good for weight-loss, but the most that is ever included here is about 300 mg, which is a fairly weak concentration.  The rest of the ingredients in these products are all variable amounts of basic vitamins, like B Vitamins and Niacin.  These are healthy, just not unique or particularly powerful.

    With any appetite suppressant you’ll have to do what it take to loss the weight, which mean that most people think that when they buy product like this they exspect the product to do the job for them and that is what most of us want; but people we have to get up off of our lazy borns and be honest and discipline yourself, thats what its gonna take. I also am of the opinion that it depends on the person, and agree that it takes more than taking the supplement. I’m trying to eat smaller portions, and excersizing on my wii.     just as required with any type of diet you will have to consume less and raise your caloric expendature, which means you have to eat less and excersise more, these pills are meant to HELP!! not do the work for you. you have to get off your lazy bottom and show iniciative to even care about losing the weight. there are no magic pills or cures you have to change your habbits of your daily life, and thats the end of it. do a sport, excersise, or something the human body wasnt made to sit around and remain sedentary.
