just as required with any type of diet you will have to consume less and raise your caloric expendature, which means you have to eat less and excersise more, these pills are meant to HELP!! not do the work for you. you have to get off your lazy bottom and show iniciative to even care about losing the weight. there are no magic pills or cures you have to change your habbits of your daily life, and thats the end of it. do a sport, excersise, or something the human body wasnt made to sit around and remain sedentary.

I have been taking dexatrim for three days and I have already lost 4.5 pounds. But I also don’t sit around watching TV and eating bon bons. I do my regular housework and try to get a walk in daily. These can work if you do what the box says and it says with diet AND exercise.

I took this product for the first time thismorning, and lost 1.1Ibs, its not much for the first two hrs Ive been awake. I also am of the opinion that it depends on the person, and agree that it takes more than taking the supplement. I’m trying to eat smaller portions, and excersizing on my wii. This product is safer than most. so far so good.

I am atrue believer of dexatrim I lost 47lbs,with dexatrim max.iate what i wanted but exercised 4x a week.It really paid off now i’m on another round for the summer.Iam really happy with my results.

With any appetite suppressant you’ll have to do what it take to loss the weight, which mean that most people think that when they buy product like this they exspect the product to do the job for them and that is what most of us want; but people we have to get up off of our lazy borns and be honest and discipline yourself, thats what its gonna take. SORRY

I tried dexatrim and just took it this morning for the first time. I seem more hungry than ever!! Isn’t it supposed to block hunger??? I don’t think any of these weight loss pills work. It’s just to get your money! I guess I gotta lose the weight the old fashioned way lol

i tried this product about 6 months ago and i didn’t loose a pound in fact this product is so bad that instead of loosing weight i actually gained 10 pounds in the 30 days supply of it… i will never turn back to this again it was very disappointing.

I have learned that everything out there works. Everything also has side effects. It’s a matter of finding what works for you and sticking with it. Don’t be discouraged, just keep looking.

I have taken a months supply of Dexatrim Max and was utterly displeased. It was cheap only $20 for a months supply, however it’s claim of appetite suppression was inaccurate. I actually gained weight while using this product and will not ever waste my money on it again.
