This is a marketing ploy to entice you to buy their product. Ephedrina is simply a blend of caffeine and salvia (sage).

Also the Dyma-Burn Xtreme webpage leaves something to be desired to say the least. I found the ingredients, but they go into no detail about them or about how their product works to help you lose weight.
