All the Angles of Weight Loss
What is Diet 360? It is a weight loss supplement made by Garden of Life that is supposed to attack weight loss from all angles in order to provide the best results possible. We looked closely at this product to see if it really has all the bases covered and how its price relates to its potential for weight loss.
Ingredients
Garden of Life Diet 360 has some good ingredients that promote weight loss and prevent weight gain:
- Decaffeinated green coffee extract
- Blueberry leaf
- Bayberry bark
- Fucoxanthin
- Ashwangandha extract
As a whole, this is an okay list, but certainly far from being the best we have seen. Fucoxanthin is an excellent weight-loss ingredient when included in proper concentrations. It is a strong appetite suppressant and fat burner and is the best ingredient on the Diet 360 list for getting rid of excess fat. Blueberry leaf and bayberry bark are effective for preventing weight gain, but will not induce much weight loss. They manage glucose levels in the bloodstream and prevent insulin from turning glucose sugars into new fat cells by speeding up the absorption of glucose into existing muscle and fat cells. Basically, it helps deal with excess glucose in your diet and uses these sugars more efficiently, preventing weight gain.
Stress-related Weight Gain
It has long since been thought that stress has many adverse effects on human physiology. Studies have linked stress to weight gain and obesity. Unhealthy habits that we develop to cope with high levels of stress include, but are not limited to: skipping meals, binge eating or drinking, carb cravings, fatigue, mood swings, and sleeplessness. Ashwangandha is not a weight-loss ingredient, but actually helps the body deal with stress in a more healthy way. Reducing the negative effects of stress can be a good preventative method against weight gain. It can make it much easier for you to change your lifestyle or dietary habits with reduced stress effects on your body.
Diet 360 from Garden of Life
Reviewing the simple list of ingredients, it appears that Diet 360 will do more to prevent weight gain, rather than promote weight loss. We could not find any information regarding a satisfaction guarantee. In fact, Garden of Life does not actually sell Diet 360, they send it out to various retailers who actually sell it and are therefore liable for any guarantees they might provide. It is always important to ensure the diet pill you purchase is backed by a guarantee of some kind. Another issue we have is that the price is simply too high for what you are getting. The ingredients are not bad, but they are not great either and this product sells for a mid-range price as far as diet pills go. If you are looking to lose the most pounds per dollar, we suggest you skip Diet 360 from Garden of Life and look elsewhere.
