It is very hard for me to find appetite suppressents that are strong enough for me because I eat out of boredom, nervousness, or depression (emotional reasons). so, even though I may not feel hugry I still eat. I combined this with an extrememly low cal diet of mostly protien shakes, tuna, vegtables, ect.. I made sure to have something to eat every 3 hours. I lost weight very quickly. The product works very quickly so If I felt a carving I used it immediatly. If you take a pill it takes 20-30 min to work this takes like 5 min to start working. I found it worked best If I put it on my wrist. This is one of the best diet aids I have used, and I have used everything!! I thought that it was just the Hoodia in the serum that was producing the results and have bought hoodia supplements (pill and liquid) with the same amount of mg's per dose and for some reason the Hooderma still worked better. Even my BF said that he notices that I do really well when I use this stuff. When I complain about gaining weight he says "why dont you just buy some of that Hoodia stuff in theblue bottle" I say give it a try, it wolnt spot reduce fat like it claims but, it definatly works as a quick acting appetite suppressent and its under $30.
