Hoodia GP57
Hoodia GP57 is one of the players in the massive game I like to call “Hoodia-fest.” That is, ever since 60 Minutes featured a bit on hoodia gordonii and its potential appetite suppressing effects, there have been dozens and dozens of products produced (many of them fake) claiming to deliver miracle weight loss results. Hoodia GP57 does claim some impressive results, but like all hoodia products it needs to be analyzed a little more closely before you break out your credit card.
Hoodia GP57 Formula
Unlike so many other hoodia products, this one actually claims to isolate what is the “active” part of hoodia gordonii, “P-57″. That is, eating a bunch of hoodia cactus isn’t going to help you. When drug companies began trying to develop the product, they isolated a compound P-57 which had evidence to suggest it worked as an appetite suppressant. This product contains 1200 mg of pure hoodia and isolates GP57. Though research is sketchy on hoodia gordonii itself, this at least appears to be at the head of the pack.
Hoodia GP57 Conclusion
I am not convinced by the “research” I have seen on hoodia, but if you are then this is the product for you. It is fairly affordable and offers a money-back guarantee. I wouldn’t say its going to help you shed pounds and if you are serious about weight-loss then you should already be exercising regularly, but this may take the edge off of your appetite.
