This product worked pretty well for me.

The effects it had on me: Suppressed my appetite. This is good and bad. Good because I NEVER craved any kind of bad food or junk food. The bad part is, if you want to gain muscle, you will NOT be hungry enough to eat so you literally have to remind yourself to eat and eat enough. On the bright side: You’ll have no problem choosing healthy choices.

Second thing it did was boost my energy. Despite the lack of food I was eating, I had an gigantic amount of energy at my disposal. Good thing: Never was too lazy to run. Bad thing: You will have trouble sleeping if you take it less than 6 hours before you go to bed.

These two things combined, obviously helped me cut the last amount of belly fat that I had, so I give it 2 thumbs up.

Other than the insomnia and the lack of appetite, the only other side effects I had were A.) One to two hours after I took it I felt like I had to make a bowel movement. But that only happened once a day and a bowel movement once a day is considered the healthy norm. Lastly was OCCASIONALLY I felt light headed. That may have been due to me forgetting to eat though.

ALL IN ALL THOUGH, I enjoyed this product because it solved the two problems holding me back: avoiding junk food and finding motivation.

This product works very well when combined with a Cyclical Ketogenic Diet. Yohimbine HCL does wonders with this diet, and taken in the morning on an empty stomach and then doing a spinning class (or other 30-45 minute cardio/aerobic workout) without food, only water to prevent dehydration will give you amazing results.
Have your first meal around 30-45 minutes after workout.

All fat burners only work when combined with an effective DIET and EXERCISE Plan!

Do not take this product after 4:00pm, you will not sleep!

I do my cardio in the morning and weight training late afternoon / evening

i started taking lipo 6 on monday, its now thursday and i have already lost 4.6lbs i find that unbelievable cause its so hard for me to lose any kind of weight. these pills really do give you energy i ran a whole mile (i HATE running) Oh, and i only take 1 pill a day and i feel like i take 6. i do have “little” side effects, like minor headaches but i mean they go away, so its not bad at all. but i will keep updating the reviews.

I took it today and felt sick to my stomach an hour after both times. After the afternoon dose I almost did fall asleep. This was gonna be my husband’s and he choose to take another product.
Is this meant more for men? I see women seem to be feeling sick on this. As mentioned above, is there a Lipo 6 Black for Her? And does anyone have better feedback for that?

This product really sucked. I’ve taken hydroycuts and Syntax Fyre and both gave me much better results then Lipo 6 Black. Its pretty expensive and I won’t buy it again it did not give me any kick to my energy at all.

I’m taking Lipo 6 black now and I have been for about two weeks. I have tons of energy, not jittery, my appetite is reduced and my work outs are a lot more intense. I sleep well at night and stay energized through out the day. I’ve gained muscle tone and have lost inches. I’m not sure what my weight is, cause’ I’m only looking to remain toned and so far it’s working! I definitely recommend it.

Don’t worry, you won’t fall asleep for at least 6 hours after you take these pills. Definite energy boost, with decent diet, you will loose fat.

I took Lipo black 6 during the summer and LOVED it. It didn’t make me sick, the pills were easy to swallow. It got me down to a great body fat, and made me not as hungry. Gave me TONS of energy.
I have also taken AMP and didn’t like it because they made me ‘jittery’ and the pills taisted nasty and that made them hard to swallow. I have also tried Mitotropin and couldn’t even take one pill because of the strange smell that came out of the bottle (mens balls).
I think the Lipo Black 6 is great if you need more energy throughout the day. As soon as I took the pills I was good to go for the day, then I would take 3 more around 2pm, again they worked great. The best part is, I didn’t need my morning coffee while on these pills. I had no more headaches.
I would say, try them, even without a money back guaranty, you wont need your money back!

Lipo 6 Black for her DOES containn those ingredients that you say are missing from the regular one, phenylethylamine HCL & 1,3 Dimethylamylamine HCL that are in Phenphedrine, are BOTH in the Lipo 6 Black for her.
