What is Lipo-6 Hers?

Lipo-6 Hers is the token “just-for-women” product from Nutrex Research, or as I like to call them “the Kings of Hype”.  Though I can already tell you that this product has no specific application for women already, you may like to know if it works at all for weight-loss.

Lipo-6 Hers Ingredients

One good point of this product is that it actually lists the concentrations of the ingredients included, which is sadly uncommon among diet products.  The most potent thing in this is 130 mg of caffeine, which is a sizeable dose and should give you some extra energy for sure.  The other ingredients are as follows.

• Phenylethylamine (60 mg)
• Methylsynephrine (14 mg)
• Synephrine (6 mg)
• Hoodia gordonii (20 mg).
• Folic acid and Biotin (150/100 mcg)

I will concede that folic acid is good for women, but its also good for men.  The problem with rest of these ingredients is not necessarily their substance, but their weak concentrations.  Acually hoodia doesn’t have any clinical evidence to show that it is consistently effective and 20 mg is a joke.  Even if it were effective, this would do nothing for you.  These are amounts meant only to trick you into thinking this product is legit.

Lipo-6 Hers Conclusion

Whether you are a man or a woman, this product will likely to nothing for you other than give you a little boost from the caffeine.  Unless the bottle also contains a $50 bill, this product is not worth $60.
