i would like to know if anyone has experienced itching on their legs or anywhere else while taking lipo 6x?

I took Lipo 6 and was not a serious athlete at all. But I had so much more energy that i would usually go on the treadmill for maybe an hour a day. Then my appetite totally changed, i really did not want junk food at all. I started at about 140lbs and when i finished the lowest i got to was 113lbs. But you MUST remember to eat, I was very unhealthy and did not eat as much as i should have and i would black out and faint. This product really works as long as you are smart about it.

I tried Lipo6x and it did nothing for my weight. I am the same weight I was when I started taking them and now the bottle is almost empty and I think I wasted my time, energy, and money. I am going to try apidexin next.

I took lipo 6-x for a month and didn’t see any diffrence…Taking my exersise classes 3 times a week and watching what I eat all it did was give me energy no waight loss!

lipo 6x is great i am 6’6 388 pounds in just 17 week i am now 295 make sure you eat right and train right. It will not work if you just take it an do nothing you will get nothing.good luck work hard push yourself.

One more thing don’t just get caught up in the pounds look at how inches you are losing.muscle is weighs more than fat so you might not lose the pounds but you the inches off your waist, hips,etc……….

listen… taking a fat burner is deff going to help weather its burn fat, or just keep u energized to have a good workout everytime…either way you should try it and see if it works for you, but its not going to work if u just take it and dont eat right or trian hard

Ok… so i just got my whey protein and my lipo6x in today… When i woke up this mourning at around 730, i took 1 pill of lipo6x and i was feeling great about 20 minutes later! i could also tell it was working because i already started to get heated up and i loved that feeling. Then i went to go do my workout and was sweating like no other and then after the work out i took anohter pill and i dont feel that tired at all and iv literally been to the bathroom twice today.. and usually i got like every other day. haha but yeah this is some good stuff i will keep u updated when ever i switch to 4 pills/day!! Great product so far cant wait to see the results

ok. i work out 6 days a week. ive taken all the supplements you cand think of. not changing any of my routine i took lipo burn for 8 weeks, lost 30 pounds. shreded my 8 pack. when i had a keg. it des work. just eat right and exercize at least four times a week and the weight will fall off.

i bought lipo 6x i’d say 2 years ago. i was trying to lose weight and was working 12 hours a day. i started taking the pills and definitely lost my appetite. i didn’t like it because i lost my appetite for the WHOLE day. if i didn’t MAKE myself eat, i probably wouldn’t have eaten for 2 days. i was energetic yes, but by my 3rd day of taking the pill, i nearly blacked-out while i was driving my work truck. i would recommend this pill for someone who will keep a balanced meal plan, and not try to just take them on empty stomachs and think this will work just the pill alone. no diet works that way. you need to EAT to lose weight. just eat right and in the right amount. this pill scared the crap outta me, so i stopped taking it. maybe when i’m a little smarter about my diet and exercise, i’ll take these again. or maybe just the lipo 6.

I’m 5 11 and 29 years old. I started this on Aug 1, 2009 along with shawn T’s InSanity workout. My weight on Aug 1 was 234. Today Sept 1, 2009 I weighed myself and now I’m at 192. Take this product with some interval training and watch your body change before your eyes. Losing the 30 pounds was amazing but going from a size 36 pants to 30 in 30 days is unbelievable. I had tonz of energy which got me through the first 30 days. try the insanity product as well. If your going to spend 40 bucks on this you might as well spend another 70 and change your life. good luck and keep pushing..

i started using this product, and seems great so far. its been a few days…i only have one question…. if i stop using the product, but keep running and lifting like i do now, will i gain the weight back because the lipo 6x is not a part of my diet anymore or do i have to continue to stay with it to keep the weight off

When you first take the pill are you suppose to feel the energy rush then because i started taking it today and I didn’t feel anything. Please tell me if your suppose to feel the energy rush then or what?

CC – If you are used to drinking soda or energy drinks, you may not feel the “rush of energy” like some people feel. The simple fact is, caffine is a thermogenic to an extent because it does raise the heart rate (thus raising your core temperature).

I used to take the original Lipo 6, and had significant weight loss (about 15 pounds in the first month) while still eating close to 4,000 calories a day (to maintain my muscle mass).

Bill – Whether the weight stays off or not depends on your diet after you stop taking the pill. If you eat a caloric surplus, then you will gain weight no matter what. Just watch your diet and continue to work out. If you start gaining unwanted weight again, then either up the intensity of your workout or just cut calories. A change in diet/exercise should be attempted first before deciding to take supplements.

I brought Lipo 6X 2 cases of 120 Caps each as directed by my Trainer.Today is the second day i am having it but only one capsule a day as asked by my trainer.I am 40 and weigh 176 pounds.i want to cut down like 30 pounds atleast.second day i feel a little tireness no energy rush.Yes i do sweat a lot when i am working out more then what i used to earlier.I workout 5 days a week for about 1 hour.

i heard that gugglestones, from the guggel extract, can cause estrogen defeciency and seriously hamper testosterone levels and cause muscle loss and muscle catabolism. have any of u guys experienced this or is your muscle still in tact after taking lipo 6 x??
