This did not work for me. I just lost water weight. All I wanted to loose was at the most 15 took if for a month and lost 2 to 3 pounds in water weight.

Hi, I just had two babies in two years (2yr old, and 7 month old) I am a full time mother of three and full time student. Well, I read so many reviews and have tried quite a few diet pills. Based on my investigation about this pariticular product, it doesn’t hurt to try it. The most important thing is to consult with your physician if you have any pre-existing medical conditions (ie. HBP, Anemia, Diabetes, etc.). And Yes, it is ideal to combine this pill with a sensible diet. Keep a log of what you eat. Try to count your calories. If you can’t, at least try to stay away from fast foods and do something active. Anything!!!! Even if it’s running after your kids or walking at the mall. You could even try watching the biggest looser. Motivation really helps!

when i read the reviews i was very optimistic about what these pills could do… i ordered, i started but since i am taking them, being on diet, and exercising.. i had no even 1 gram of weight loss.

Looks like there are more people complaining about people who are asking questions then there are questions being asked. Maybe too much caffine??? I think people may be asking questions in hopes that some of the reviewers may know the answers through there experiences. Come on people take a pill!
If the wonder drug existed, you wouldn’t find any overweight person on the surface of this planet. The lack of activity, fat (fast) food and soda drinking are the main reasons for gaining weight. Don’t take drugs to lose weight, instead have a balanced diet : one source of protein per meal, vegetables and a portion of starchy food. Real bread, the one you buy at the baker’s, like the french baguette : it is made only of water, flour, yeast and a bit of salt. a sandwich loaf, on the contrary is full of oil and sugar. And if you add a slice of cheese between two loaves, you’ll multiply the amount of fat you’re eating …PLEASE : read the nutrition facts on the food you buy : avoid anything with too much glucid and lipid. Do some sports too : 45mn every other day are required to burn fat.

i have hypothyrodism and that is the main reason for my overweight/obesity. i am on medication thyroid replacement and some harmonal tablet for PCOS, my cholestrol level is also slightly high. my question is to those who stated, It works and now I am going to purchase a year worth of pills. If the pills work so well and you are losing wieght. Why do you need to be on the pills for a year. No pill works with diet and excercise added to your daily routine. I need to know if he pill continues to burn fat without breaking down you muscle tissue and reducing muscle size.
I think its about time I wrote a review, I know a lot of these tend to be fake though so I’m going to go in detail! My essay:
I’ve been taking Liporexall for about a month and a half now, I’m not sure if its helping me lose any weight, but it DEFINITELY stops my hunger. I used to eat a bowl of cereal larger than the amount they put on the box which is normally around 35g + milk, and I would normally eat maybe a bowl of 60-70g instead (& still want something else to eat). Now I take the pill first thing in the morning, eat a 35g+milk of cereal and actually feel full. I used to eat 2000-3000 kcals every day and never did any exercise, maybe 1 day of swimming if in a good mood, but ended up gaining 21 lbs in 2 years. I’m now on a 1200-1500 kcal diet, watching my carbs, protein and fat, not just kcals, I have 6 small meals a day from 8am – 6pm eating every 2 hrs. Type of food is also important so I eat mainly complex carbs, low fat dairy (& egg white), vegetables and meat. I’ve had to cut fast food, pies, crisps, chocolate, etc. I also drink about 3L of water per day, which helps keep you full. I exercise 6-7 days a week. Since starting this routine in beginning July I have lost 11 lbs, which also includes the 2lbs I gained when I went on holiday for 2 weeks (so it would have been a loss of 13 lbs by now). Other than those 2 weeks away, I’ve lost 2-3lbs per week.
I think the main problem is that most of you take the pill without even trying to eat healthier and thinking it will work without exercise. Don’t be stupid, if was some sort of magic weight loss pill, EVERYONE in the world would be taking it.
Also remember do not crash your diet i.e wanting to lose 10lbs in 10days/2weeks, I hate all these stupid fad diets which tell you to consume something stupid like 200kcals a day. You’ll gain it ALL back, and most probably more.
Personal positive points: Keeps you full, meaning you eat less, which is the general point of dieting, so yes, it works for me.
Personal negative points: Sometimes makes it hard to eat enough in a day. Keeps me up/can’t sleep if I take the pill after 1pm.

I’ve been taking Liporexall for 12 days now and I’ve lost 7 pounds and 2″ in my hips and waist. I never tried diet pills before because I heard they were bad for you … and I always get side effects from everything so I don’t take any medicine. But I’m amazed that I have almost no side effects from Liporexall.
At first I didn’t lose any weight but suddenly realized that I was losing half an inch a day in my hips. The rolls of flab below my bra disappeared in 5 days. My face is thinner. Every day I can see a visible difference – even when the tape measure doesn’t change, my bumps are smoothing out.
For the first 3 days I felt very full all the time – I didn’t even want any food but I made myself eat 3 meals a day so my body didn’t go into starvation mode. I suppose I felt full because the pills gave me a bit of nausea, but not enough to bother me. On the 4th day that feeling went away so now I feel hungry at mealtimes but I still don’t want snacks.
These pills changed my eating habits. The first day I had to work late and all I could find to eat was carrots and snap peas – they tasted heavenly … as good as chocolate! (How is that possible?) Yes, I still like chocolate, but one Hersheys kiss is now satisfying – I don’t need 5. In the grocery store recently I saw birthday cakes and thought how pretty, but I really didn’t want any. Sugar still tastes OK, I just don’t need it anymore. But I do eat popsicles because I get so hot doing yard work.
Side effects: Maybe a bit of nausea after taking each pill. And at first I was more sensitive to heat while outside gardening. These sure aren’t pep pills – I think Mountain Dew has more caffeine than these pills! (They don’t keep me awake at night and unfortunately I can still fall asleep at my desk.)
Only men with guns could make me give up my Liporexall. And because it has changed my eating habits, I believe that I will be able to keep the weight off. (I’m 57 years old and need to lose 50 pounds.)
