I went through the same situation. When I turned 21, I was 285lbs. Now I am 210 about six monthes later, but still have some body fat to lose. If I could say one thing that helped me the most was my diet. Its truly 80% diet and 20% cardio and weight lifting that you need to get results. I know the diet sucks! trust me… After a few weeks It gets really easy and you find yourself dripping off body fat. The key for me was a sturdy scedule. My goal is to become around 185 and shredded.
