mega-t-green-teaDoes Mega-T Green Tea Burn Fat?

Mega-T Green Tea is an all natural weight loss supplement that “believes, over a period of time, you can lose up to 20 lbs. if you follow our enclosed diet plan to eat less and exercise properly”. Anyone can lose 20 lbs. “over time” if they eat less and exercise.

Mega-T Green Tea Ingredients Overview

Each capsule of Mega-T Green Tea contains two main ingredients, chromium and green tea. Green tea is a very common weight loss ingredient that is high in anti-oxidants and provides fat burning benefits. Chromium has been known to help stable blood sugar levels. Both of these are alright ingredients, but won’t produce significant weight loss by themselves. Also Mega-T Green Tea contains nine inactive ingredients that are nothing but cheap fillers.

Mega-T Green Tea Side Effects

If you are sensitive to stimulants you shouldn‘t take Mega-T Green Tea. Too much caffeine can result in negative side effects such as headaches, insomnia, jitteriness, and heart palpitations.

How much is Mega-T Green Tea?

Mega-T Green Tea is fairly inexpensive, I found a months supply for $13.00, but this is one of those instances where your going to get what you pay for.

Mega-T Green Tea Conclusion

If you only need to lose a few pounds and you don’t care how long it takes this supplement might be worth trying, but if your looking to lose significant weight quickly, Mega-T Green Tea isn’t the product for you. Below are fat burning supplements that produce results.

Oh, P.S I used to take the grapefruit kind of mega T, they gave me graves’ disease, and now I’m hypothyroid and gained like 30 pounds..and graves disease doesn’t really just go away just into remission..then you get fat so yeah, be careful.

Oh Gosh please your one of those people who blame their illness on a pill they took, huh? maybe you had your disease before you started taking Mega-T, like me It took years before they could diagnose me with Lupus but I dont blame it on the pill i took before i was diagnosed! What are you going to go do? Sue Mega-T? Get a life!

Graves disease is a HYPERthyriod disease. It makes you lose weight – not gain weight. This is when your thyroid is overactive, producing too much TSH. You wouldn’t gain weight from graves disease. You would lose it.

I don’t believe it caused your hyperthyroidism at all. Probably was there already and undiagnosed. However, those who have graves disease will usually gain weight because treatment for the disease would make them latter suffer from hypothyroidism because them have to basically kill the thyroid gland to stop the disease.

Your right Graves disease is a thyroid condition that makes you lose alot of weight, fast. My husband went from 145 to 115 in 2 weeks before he found out he had Graves disease. However, the medication used to treat the problem does make you gain weight. And it is hard to lose it.

Are you kidding? At that height and weight, you almost meet the criteria for diagnosis of anorexia nervosa. You need to GAIN 10lbs, not LOSE!

I believe I started using Mega-T Green Tea supplements in late December of 2008. I am a dancer but found myself gaining more wieght from thinking I would lose it anyway.

February 2009-May 2009, thats about 3 months, I had lost just about 25lbs. The months flew by quickly because my schedule was fit, but I think this is a great dietary supplement. I agree that its not quick loss, but! it works.

From being 164lbs. now im down to 139lbs.!!
sweeeet stufffff!!

A couple years ago I took Mega-T Green Tea without Hoodia as well as being on the Slim Fast diet. In a period of 3 months I lost 25lbs. Great! Then came Thanksgiving & Christmas and more weight. Later the next year I tried Mega T with Hoodia. Headaches, shaking, miserable. Stopped taking the pills & returned them to CVS. Two weeks ago (after reaching all time weight) I started on Mega-T without Hoodia again and started a healthy diet. Special K or Slim Fast bar in the morning, Lean Cuisine or equivalent diet TV dinner for lunch, midday snack (another bar or piece of fruit etc) and then I make a big salad (lettuce, peppers, onions, olives, cheese, cukes and some low carb, low or zero fat dressing) and then for an evening snack I have sugar free popsicles. I also drink many glasses of water. In two weeks I have lost 15 lbs so far. In another week I will start exercising. These pills do have caffeine and will make some people really jittery, but they don’t affect me in that way. I might try the Hydroxycut Green Tree formula to see how that product works. As with any drug everyone will react differently to it. As soon as you feel the slightest negative side effect STOP taking it!!

I’ve only been taking mega green tea for a few weeks, and I’ve already noticed my hair falling out, shortness of breath, and headaches. I eat very healthy and exercise regularly so I know it is the pills.

Valerie March 3, 2010 at 5:25 pm

Well your hair loss has nothing to do with the Mega-T, you should really look into that, also alot pf people thing they eat “healthy and excersise frequently” but your NOT DOING IT RIGHT obviously if you are feeling sick, maybe you should look into a trainer then judge a pill, when maybe it’s just YOU who is dying down! =)

Mega-T with Hoodia made me violently ill/sick, made me soo sick I was ready to go to the ER to see if they could get the stuff out of my system. I decided to try Mega-T after having a broken foot and not getting much exercise. After taking the pill I became extremely hot, dizzy, had major breathing problems, and the day after had a gray appearance to my skin. I phoned the 1-800 number to find out exactly what the problem was, I wanted to know what caused all the side effects and got a hostile “says right on the box, if you’re taking other medications that you cannot take this.” (never got that answer, she was too busy telling me what the back of the box says, rather than telling me what the illness was sparked from) Well yes it does, IF YOU READ THE SMALL PRINT. If they put as much money into safety of the product as they do “lookie we’ll drop 20 pounds off you” then there wouldn’t be people getting sick from it, but they’ll have you buy into the hype of weight loss, over the cost of YOUR health. I wouldn’t waste my money on any more of this crap or anyone else’s “quick fix” crap again. Live and learn, do it (weight loss) the right way without destroying your body and mind. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have been taking them for about a month. I have notice a difference in my the way my pants fit. I also notice that if your take them to late in the day you will have trouble sleeping. All in all it works ,but it it does not work miracles you have to do your part. You can’t just take it and sit around because it will make you feel horrible because your body needs to be active… I feel great when I take them as directed and exercise.

I am seeing reviews on other websites for Mega-T Green Tea dated July 2010, up to November 2012. It is not yet July 2010 and yet people are writing how wonderful the pill is or how ineffective the pill is. This pill is a HOAX. Most to the reviews say how wonderful it is a few says it does not work. I belive the distributors write these reviews themselves: check out the dates on the reviews, do not enrichen the distributors. Lose weight the natural way, I know its difficult but do not waste your $4 on these pills. This is the advertised price @ Walmart.
I weigh 170 lbs, 5ft 9 inches and is trying to lose 20lbs. I now walk 1 hour per day and watch what I eat. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now, have not yet seen and weight loss but I am keeping on doing what I am doing. I will see fruits of my effort soon. The weight did not get there overnight so i donn’t expect to shed it overnight. Mega-T GreenT is a BIG HOAX :)

I have been exercisng for 4 weeks now, eating healthier and I haven’t lost or gained any weight. I am getting a little discouraged and so I bought MegaT Green Tea today @ Walmart for $4 and just took my first pill to help me lose some of the weight. I am 43, 5ft 9inches and weight 170lbs.I want to get back to the weight I was 3 years ago that is 145 lbs. I will write again in the next 2 week after I have completed my first set of 30 (15 days).

I am skeptical about taking weight loss medications, but I am somewhat discouraged in my weight loss efforts. I have been excercising for 2 months now @ 7 days per week, I eat less, consume more veggies (watch calories/more healthy)and I have not lost an ounce. I also do not drink soda (all water) or, eat sweet treats yet I am not seeing the fruits of my labor.
Well I have decided to try MegaT Green Tea. This is my second day 3rd pill and I am discouraged too. It gives me a slight headache and a felling of nauseau. My current weight is 172lbs and want to go down to 150-145 lbs. I will visit the website again and give further update at the end of the week to see if the pills ahve helped my weight loss efforts.

1st- 7 days a week is a lot. You have to let muscles rest.
2nd- Try eating more meals but smaller portions, 4-5 X a day,
This will keep your metabolism working. + your energy will
last thru the day.
3rd- Shop for your food around the perimeter of the store,
Keep out of the middle isle’s as much as possible.
4th- Go low fat – low sodium ( salt retains water ).
5th- When exercising try to switch it up a lot. Muscle memory
Will plateau your progress.
6th- Muscle is heavier than fat! Lower your calorie intake to
Accommodate your desired loss. ( Remember- starving your self
DOES NOT WORK!! Your body will start storing whatever little
fat you eat, thus stalling your losses. Gotta feed the fire
to make the boiler burn. Just eat good calories.
7th- Don’t cheat- its you that’s suffering from it!

I am back sooner than I had expected. Well I did not get to complete the 15 day supply of MegaT Green Tea that I bought @ Walmart for $4.00, money wasted :) . It makes my head hurt like H#@% and a felling of nausea, so I had to dump the rest after only 5 days. I took one pill after eating breakfast and the other after eating lunch althought it does not say if it should be taken before or after. The pills are so big so I take it after eating so it does not hurt my stomach.
I am going to contine walking and watch my food intake. My job does not allow me to move around alot and the days are long (6am -7pm most days) so there is hardly anytime for excercise as I do not have excercise equipment at home.
I am not giving up excercising and watching what I eat also my portion sizes. The pills made so sick I hardly ate anything for the 5 days I took them, so hopefully at the end of the week when I do my “weigh in” I have lost at least a pound.

I am a real customer, and this was my personal experience with the product.
I wanted to burn some belly fat, so about a month ago I bought the Mega-T dietary supplement to see if it could help me to do it faster.
I exercise 3 times a week (I either run, swim, or play tennis), and have a balanced diet. In the past I have played indoor volleyball, martial arts, and rugby, so I know how to exercise and what to eat.
I am not a morning person, but as soon as I started taking the supplement I felt more energetic, and I wanted to jump out of the bed and go to the beach for a swim.
I had never tried any dietary supplement in my life, so I first thought that this would work.
Unfortunately, and after only a week, I started to feel some nausea after taking the supplement. At the same time I begun to feel nervousness, stiffness in the upper part of my body (especially in my neck and shoulders), and a bothersome headache, so instead of taking two pills a day I started to take just one.
The symptoms that I mentioned before did not disappear, they just worsened, so I stopped taking the supplement immediately. On top of the other symptoms I had started to feel dizziness, palpitations, and shortness of breath when I was exercising (even when I was just walking). I also begun to have sleeping problems, and to feel extremely jittery. Even though I stopped taking the supplement two weeks ago, I still feel those side effects. I still cannot exercise because of the dizziness, and the shortness of breath.
I have not called the manufacturer yet, and I planned to do so next week. For what I have seen in this site, they are not very helpful, and apparently they do not take criticism very well…
By the way, I do not take prescription medicines, do not have a liver disorder, I am not sensitive to caffeine, and do not suffer from any medical disease or condition, so if you work for the manufacturer, or if you are a reseller of the supplement please keep your comments to yourself.

I been taking the green tea fat burner pills for about almost 2 weeks but only take two right before breakfast which is usually cereal the milk helps soothes my stomach, an I do a little punching bag work out 20mins 3 times a week since I work 80hrs a week an have lost 3inches an 5lbs but it is true I think watching what you eat is a big part to I am now at 1200 calorie intake 6 days a week but feel great that I’m getting 5 small meals in a day an always full. However every body is different an acts however it wants with extra help. What’s good for one person may not be good for another.
