Oddly enough, the highest concentration of anything in this product is 300 mg of sodium, which isn’t exactly good for your health.  Next up is potassium, which is an important element, but not necessary in 200 mg concentration.  The rest of the ingredients are all basic vitamins - Niacin, VitaminB6, pantothenic acid, calcium, riboflavin, and chromium.

There is really nothing here that could significantly help you lose weight, not even a little.  This is just an over-priced and under-performing vitamin pill labeled somehow to pass itself off as a diet pill.
