What is Metabolife Extreme Energy?
Metabolife Extreme Energy is a pill “designed to provide you with an additional boost of energy to help maintain your lifestyle and keep you fueled to continue with your weight management plan.”
Wow, that’s actually one of the more reasonable descriptions of a diet pill I have seen, avoiding claims like “this pill will make you a third the size of Kirstie Allie in 3 days”. Even so, we need to know whether this conservative product offers liberal results.
Metabolife Extreme Energy Ingredients
Aside from a handful of basic vitamins, the core of this product is a proprietary blend with undisclosed concentrations of
- Guarana
- Asian Ginseng
- Green Tea
- Yerba Mate
- Eleuthero
- Rhodiola
- Theanine
These are all pretty good ingredients and should provide a boost of energy. Yerba mate is also known as an appetite suppressant, but it is unclear as to how much is actually included. Usually it takes a pretty significant amount to make any difference. Green tea and guarana, like mate, are sources of caffeine for some extra kick and the rest of the ingredients have qualities as mental performance enhancers.
These ingredients are all great, but the issue is that they amount to a total of 688 mg combined, which means that any given ingredient will be weak in effect. It is unclear as to whether this specific formula will combine the marginal effects of each ingredient or simply provide marginal results.
Metabolife Extreme Energy Conclusion
Oddly enough, this product appears to be able to offer more results than the Caffeine Free Metabolife product but sells for less money at $19. The company will tack on another $6 for shipping, and so expect to pay $25. That is on the lower end for diet products and the ingredients are good, but the concentration is just too weak to give you the results you need.

Hi, My name is Stacy Grieco and I am fitness Instructor in CLovis, Ca. I have been wanting to email yuo and ask you if there is anyting your store would or
following over on the sinside. Im actually in the process of taking over
I started take metabolife 3 months ago. I was too tired to excercise and suffered severe headaches for 4 years. I took topamax and all sorts of migraine pills and none worked. I needed an energy boost and I was trying to exercise and I couldn’t. 3 months ago I weighed 178lbs and could not control my appetie or my headaches. I don’t drind sodas or energy drinks. I know they say caffine withdrawal can cause headaches, but I really really didn’t and don’t drink caffine. Now I weigh 148lbs, have energy everyday to take my 30min walk, and I havn’t had a headache but one time. I’m a sales rep for a large company and my work performace has doubled. I only use the extreme energy pill $22/month. But I would caution drinking caffine with the pill. Remember I don’t drink caffine, so the caffine in the pill may not be too much for me. I take one pill when I wake up and one pill at 1:00pm.
