Just started taking Carb Intercept. Don’t understand, do you take all the time before meal or just when you think your going to eat carbs? Also found I have a lot of gas when taking this product. Does that happen with everyone? Also should have a paper included that tells you what carbs are! Some people may not know. Still will continue to use just not as often due to having the gas problem.

These pills only work at promoting GAS!!!! The gas issue is not that often or serious (like not being able to control it in public)and I would certainly tolerate it if the pills actually worked BUT THEY DON’T. I know most of us are looking for quick fixes instead of eating healthy and exercising so I obviously ate whatever I wanted and gained 10lbs; I tend to gain weight very easily. Now it’s going to take a lot of work and time to get this extra weight off!!!! DO NOT BUY.

I have found Carb Intercept to be very effective. I use it only when I am eating a heavy carb meal. I will take only one if my meal is not as carb intense.
I think the gas issue is one that is not as intense, the longer I have taken them. I love them.

I have been taking this for a month now along with Relacore and I have lost 10 ibs. I workout 5 days a week. I can really tell a difference in my body tone and body mass.
I am 54 and it is hard for me to lose weigh. I think it is a great product and will contuine using it.

You all do realize this is BEAN extract, right? So yeah, you might have some gas at first. This will very much lessen as your body gets used to it, the same as if you were actually eating beans.

I think this is a wonderful product. I have been taking it for a week along with a fairly GI & lower carb diet and have been very very very happy. My energy is through the roof!!

I have lost 58 lbs. and part of the reason is Carb Intercept. Don’t blame your lack of weight loss on this product! Common sense should tell you that if you eat like a pig you will eventually look like one. No product allows you to eat everything you want in large servings. Get real, if you use this blocker and eat sensibly it works, or at least it does for me! If you are out of control with your eating nothing is going to help you, you should first decide you want to look and feel healthier and then you will know better than to eat enough to gain that 10 pounds.

I just started using Carb Intercept and on the first day my stomach wasn’t bloated after eating and I felt way better. I agree with Biddixgirl’s and Alicia’s review and I hope to be as lucky as you two

I just started using this and I lost so much. I love it!

I started using Carb Intercept bec my daughter briefly mentioned it. One wonderful thing I noticed; I do not have that swollen feeling after eating; I am not as bloated either. Taking this helped me to realize just how carb-sensitive I really am, so I do not indulge in heavy carbs that much at all. I do feel full after taking with my carby meal and don’t eat again until I am ready to eat, not like I am thinking about food like I always was. Bottom line, this works. For those it doesn’t work for bec you want to eat everything: what you want always comes with hard work. Easy fixes never work. Discipline yourself; this is only a tool toward your goals. If you are not ready yet, save your money until you are.

I just started using this product and so far I do not feel bloated. I do watch what I eat, but as you get older it is harder to get the pounds off. As soon as I have used this product for a month, I will write with results.
