That’s good advise Matt. We can take all the fat burners in the world, but if the habits don’t change, it’s like lighting a fire under a rock. It won’t make much diference.
My first diet was Weight Wathers when I was only 11 yrs. old (my mother made me follow the ‘plan’). I was always heavy until I developed Anorexia as a senior in high school. From then on, I’ve gained and lost enough weight combined to probably total half the total weight of a pro football defensive team.
I can say I have tried everything and anything. The diet pills are really trial and torture when you keep trying new ones, and more often proven a waste of money. I must say, they have improved a great deal over the years though.
