Does Phosphacore really produce tummy-melting magic?
Phosphacore a weight loss supplement from Applied Nutritional Research claims it will “dissolve 7 lbs and 2 inches of abdominal fat every week.” I don’t think I would get my hopes that high.
Phosphacore Ingredients
- Phosphatidylserine- reduces cortisol your body’s stress horomone
- cis-9-trans-11 conjugated linoleic acid- a.k.a CLA breaks up fat cells
- ascorbic acid- a fancy name for Vitamin C
These aren’t bad ingredients, but I would like to see more in this formula. It would be more effective if it contained an appetite suppressant and something to increase metabolism. Phosphacore is an OK weight loss supplement, but definitely not the best.
How Much Is Phosphacore?
A month supply of Phosphacore costs $39.97. When you go to purchase Phosphacore they suggest you will need one bottle (a months supply) for every 5 lbs. you want to lose. On their official website they tell you if you want to lose 11-20 lbs and 3-5 inches of belly fat you will need a four month supply! What happened to their big claims of “7 lbs. a week”?
Phosphacore Conclusion
I do not recommend Phosphacore simply because there are a lot better products available. The three ingredients in Phosphacore aren’t going to be enough to produce the dramatic results they claim. Phosphacores formula is weak when compared to top rated diet supplements.

my phosphacore review-
phosphatidylserine is a GREAT ingredient for brain function. Its very expensive too. But for fat loss it won’t do much at all. CLA is very good for fat loss and building lean muscle but not in the dosage that is used in phosphacore. And vitamin c is great of course if you are deficient. If you aren’t than its not necessary.
Phosphacore is a below average diet pill with an above average price tag. If its HEALTHY weight loss you want DecaSLIM is the BEST! If its crazy fast fat loss in a short time period than I LOVE Anoretix or Liporexall.

Phosphacore have to be a scam! I live in Norway, where the “studies” have been done. But do you know what? The ingredient Phosphatidylserine that’s in the Phosphacore formula is not even legal in my country Norway! So the studies are.. fake I think!
I am so glad I read this website and the comments before purchasing this phosphacore thing. Thank you for the scientific backing of your balanced review. I also want to thank the person from Norway who dared say the research in Norway (or do they say Sweden) is fake and that phosphatidylserine is illegal in Norway. There must be something unhealthy about it for it to be banned.

I should have known better when something is too good to be true it’s generally the case. This is a scam. I used it for 4mnths and the only thing I lost was my money. I will never be that stupid again. I’m desperate to lose weight and its people like me that these companies target. So desperate we can’t think straight. My advise spend your money on something worth it because this product is not worth trying. Take it from someone who did try this product and is still overweight
there are so many weight loss pills on sale its difficult to believe all the marketing hype there is. i think they should be pulled off the market. people are getting scammed everyday.
How can phosphatidylserine be banned in Norway? It’s a naturally occurring chemical found in meats and vegetables. What, are they going to ban food and make everyone eat dirt? I think not. Besides, the chemical, when put in medicines, is made from cabbage. The main side affects are insomnia and upset stomach. Not enough to warrant being banned. People, when you see comments like that, do your own research instead of taking someone’s word for it. If you don’t believe what I’m saying, look it up!
I have used it for 1 and half months. I have lost 14lbs, but I have been exercising and watching what i eat. No side effects, but not sure if it actually did anything to aid weight loss or if just my new diet. Having said that, I’m still taking it just in case!!

I am a triathlete and exercise very regularly but I have stayed at the same weight now for 2 yrs. and still have a “belly” from children. I saw the ad and decided to give it a try. I have been taking it for one week and have already lost 6 lbs. I have to tell you though that when I say exercise I mean exercise. I run 6-8 miles every day, cycle 30-40 and it seems to be speeding up my metabolism and making me a little sweaty when not exercising, but 6 lbs. in a week? I couldn’t be happier.
P.S. I have been getting comments from my friends and family saying I look really good and “cut”.
I have just started using this product as I did read some of the info regarding the compounds in it. those alone have shown some success in case studies. I was interested in trying something so I can cut back on the trip to the gym and start to add some different foods back into my diet. Over the past year I have lost 58lbs and 8 inches on my waist with 6 days at the gym and a low fat/calorie diet.
