You can exercise and work to reduce fat and that will certainly help to decrease the likelihood of developing cellulite and decrease the appearance thereafter. But you can’t attack cellulite from the inside–at least not in the way they claim to do it. CelluScience says that they work to strengthen the connective fibers so that you don’t have fat cells pushing around them to get to the surface. It is kind of like what would happen if you were to take a fishing net and put a sheet on top of it. Then fill it up with something like jello. When the jello gets to be too much for the sheet to hold back it will start pushing through which causes dimples around the fishing net. That is pretty much what happens when you develop cellulite and is why it is so difficult to get rid of. As you can imagine, the only way to release the pressure on the fishing net is to take out some of the jello. And we all know how hard it is to remove fat!
CelluScience has a good theory and they start with a decent product. The problem is that they only attack cellulite on the inside where the problem originates but cannot be fixed unless you either can lose weight and thus decrease the pressure on the “fishing net” or get liposuction to do the same.
