The policies this company employs to lock customers into automatic charges to their credit card are deceptive. The “fine print” is not dispayed prominently. According to the telephone conversation I had today no refunds will be made for any reason – this is also part of the agreement the customer signs on for. My account was charged before I realized this and the only satisfaction I could receive was to cancel my account and eat my losses – $43.95′s worth. Oh yes the 6 bucks for the initial trial period. I do have 60 slim chew. I haven’t opened the package yet; not sure I could swallow one now. Why didn’t I go to Weight watchers or another sensible program? #43.95 -only about $1.20 per bite!
slim chews are a RIPOFF they not only dont work but you get charged for them faster than you can cancel them annnnnnnd after i returned the extra 2 months supply that i had previously tried to cancel i was told that i would only get credit for one since the other was already over 30 days …. i said fine then just return them to me and i was told i would have to pay shipping again …… so in the end i paid about 100.00 for my free trial and nooooooooooo results
Can’t seem to find a number to sprak to a rep. I have emailed the co 7x for a cancellation. No go!! Now I have to cancel my credit card and get a new number!! I have already contacted the Oprah show so she can take back her endorsement of thos product. If I had know that there wasn’t a way to talk to a rep, I would have never ordered this.!!
This company must be reported to the Better Business Bureau. The product is bogus and it is close to impossible to cancel the order.
I never received a trial product and was billed for the first month on my credit card. There have been no responses to all of my contacts to the company. What a sham!
I now need to cancel my credit card to disallow any further charges by this company.

I am also having a serious problem with SLIMCHEWS. I originally ordered the trial product based on the endorsement from OPRAH. When I received my second
package of chews I e-mailed them that I did not want to continue with the
product & need to cancel account. I tried calling them but received a recording to
contact the website to request a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION # (no returns accepted without it). I then sent 3 e-mails to them requesting the RMA# but
never received the RMA # or even a reply to any of my e-mails.
I have turned the matter over to the WISCONSIN BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU &
my credit card company.
This company is a BIG RIPOFF. Oprah should cancel her endorsement of this

The company advertises a trial for a total of $5.99 including mail than begans billing$43.95 this is a scam and should be reported to appropriate agencies.

When I received the offer to try your Slim-Chews, it was via MS Outlook E-mail, and there was NO Terms & Conditions to agree with, NONE, NOTHING. When the free trial arrived, there was a typed note (and I saved it) but no other information such as 15-day trial period, no 30 day automatic re-order, no 60-day reorder. I had paid S&H for the free chews, but then was debited in my bank account for $43.95, and then again today for another $43.95. I asked for my last unwarranted debit of $43.95 to be refunded due to the fact that I was unaware of the conditions because I had not been notified of them in ANY way. No refund was given.

I love SlimChews, and don’t know why anybody has anything negative to say about them. The offer is a risk free trial, and I read their offer details on the page, so I knew what I was signing up for. The product tastes great, really works, and I’ve lost 15 lbs in 2 months. Thanks SlimChews!
