I just signed up too and was upset with the price. The initial sounded good and spend the $620.00 to sign up. But, then came the class and the other $1000.00 they wanted up front…NO WAY!! I told them I wasn’t going to use their supplements and only bought the bars from them, half of the required snacks. The rest I am finding from previous customers that have leftover unopened boxes and packages and getting them for a heck of alot less. Still their products, just finding alternative way to obtain them. Amazingly enough, there are people out there that have quit the program or finished and still have items left and willing to sell them.

I too believe they pull the rug over your eyes, but I am going to stand my ground and not pay for anything additional at their centers. They’ve got all the money they are going to get from me. I believe it will work, but restrictive in what you can eat. Not alot of choices and for someone like me who does not like seafood…well, i’m left with beef, chicken, and turkey.

I’m 67 years old and have been on many weight loss plans since I was 42, and Slim4life and Diet Center weight loss plans are the only ones that have worked for me. I have lost 28 Lbs in 11 weeks with Slim4life. It is costing me about $112.00 per week to lose a total of 35 Lb in 17 weeks. This plan is improving my health, eating habits and hopefully will allow me to live a longer life. No cost is too much when compared to living versus the alternative. The decision to live healthy or not to live healthy is up to each individual. We determine our priorities and accept the costs involved with our decisions. Slim4life is a great weight loss plan.

I’m about 4 weeks in and lost 12 pounds. While I’m happy with the inches and weight I’ve lost, it is not cheap. It isn’t the most practical of diets. It’s very restrictive. Also, we aren’t meant to pop 24-30 pills per day to lose weight. Counseling should be for practical, sensible and healthy eating habits. Yes, I found they pushed their products with force…wanting me to buy the full supply of pills and supplements. I didn’t budge. I got the basic starter package…pills, drinks and bars. I talked to someone at my local vitamin store and was shown the exact types of pills Slim4Life pushes. They were a fraction of the cost. I was told to bring in the packages of the supplements and compare the ingredients of the bars and drinks. I really wish i would have done more research before starting this program. I’ll tough it out through November, then I’m done. I figure I’ll have gotten my money’s worth by then. Of course, they’ll try to guilt me into continuing with them or making me feel like a failure.
I hate the weigh ins. The focus is “weight loss”. Well, even though I’m losing weight, the inches are falling off. That’s the most important to me. I hit a plateau and was made to feel like I committed a sin. Did I eat something that wasn’t on the plan? Did I eat more than the allowed portion? Did i combine proteins? I thought I was going to have to slap someone. I’m eating like a bird as it is. My stomach has shrunk to the size of a dime. I’m weighing and measuring my food. I did not find this professional at all. Then at the next weigh in, another counselor was much more with the program. She explained how this happens and what to do to fix it. By the weekend, I was back on track and dropped 2 pounds. 18 pounds to go. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SLIM 4 LIFE. If you have weight to get rid of, talk to your doctor, a nutritionist or dietician. Save yourself a lot of money and time.

I agree with Phelda; too expensive. I have only been to the Lake Worth Texas location and they are very kind and helpful. However, the diet is limited in choices and their supplements are extremely expensive. So far I have lost 37 pounds. At present I cannot afford their expensive products. I have found similar diet pills at an area herb shop and learned they are getting many customers from Slim4Live as their products are too expensive for long term use. Also, I found the protein supplements online for $5.00 less per box. Even with shipping costs, I am still saving $2.50 per box. People do your reserch before buying this program. It works, but my budget is shot to pieces.

slim 4 life is a scam. I agree with jasmine. this plan is not for everyone. the preparation in too much. if you have a heavy work load and constantly busy this plan is not for you. the plan does cost 600. s4l does not help you. basically you do everything yourself and pay them for it. your better off buying the eat clean diet book, going to gnc, and going to the doctor regularly. there are no refunds if you decide not to continue with the plan. i signed up for 3 months and decided after the first that this was not for me. they will not refund my money. the counselor told me i cant expect change if i dont change. i told her i was making the changes. overall i have been to arlington and southlake tx locations and everyone has been rude. the company is in this for the money and i hope everyone reports this to a local news station for review. in closing do not spend 600 for something you can do on your own.

i too was scammed! I was okay with spending around 250. i thought this would be worth it. ive often spent this amount on personal training, more even. ive also spent money on gym memberships. so when i saw this advertisement, i thought i could finally conquer weightloss. i explained my hectic work schedule to this counselor before starting my program and the sales pitch was given to me making me think this plan would fit into my schedule. the concept of the program will work for some but not everyone. this program is definately a scam and i wish that i had seen these reviews before spending almost 600 dollars. after signing a few weeks later i was told that the supplements snacks helps with over 80 percent of weightloss which means that you will not lose weight as quickly as promised with out spending additional hundreds more not only for duration of your program but for the rest of your life. hence the name i guess. well i already lost 600. im not going to lose more. basically you pay 600 for vitamins, a book plan, and coming to the center for weigh ins and blood pressure. i have received no counseling. you have no help with slim 4 life unless you purchase more from them. I would have came out cheaper paying a copay to my physician, going to gnc, and purchasing eating clean diet book. Dont use slim 4 life you will regret it.

I just started this program and while the cost is OUTRAGEOUS, (around $600 to start the program and around $80/WEEK in supplements, bars and drinks after that) if you can be dedicated it is probably worth it. I am on Day 6 and I have lost 5 pounds. I was shocked! But you feel like total crap for the first week or so, (they tell me it is my body “detoxifying”, ok I guess!) it is very difficult to eat ONLY the things they allow and in the manner they want them prepared. It takes alot of time and planning and cooking and IS NOT for people who are on the go alot of the time. It’s impossible, actually. I will stick it out but it is HARD!!

I was healthy when I started slim4life in Dec. 31, 2008. Starting in Dec. 2009 after being on the program for 1 yr. & loosing from 172 to 133 -maintaining at 139-142 – I now have liver disease which seems to have been brought on by something. Wondering if it is the snacks and thermoboost powder being pushed by slim4life programs? Any comments? Any similar situations? Slim4life here is now slimgenics and they have closed their doors to past participates and no longer will sell their products to past participates as they used to during the year I was in it. You have to rejoin to be able to purchase product from them.
Any comments?

I also do not use the S4L products and do as tjsword’s does with the supplements. Those Pure Protein bars are great, but I just discovered these thinkThin bars that offer 20 grams of protein, NO sugar or sugar alternatives, and no gluten. Naturally high in protein. Love them to death. I also drink those EAS Carb Controlled protein shakes and use GenSoy products. Whole Foods also sells these whole wheat peanut butter filled pretzels (unsalted) that are a great protein snack alternative, especially if you need that carby pick me up as I know I do.

I have been on S4L for 4 days and i have lost 6Lb. Four of my relatives also lost a lot of weight. we did not buy any of the products and only paid $178 for 8weeks. My aunt is a nurse Pra. so she researched and found equivalents to everything even though they tell you that their program will only work with their products…so not true. My Aunt lost a total of 101 lbs without using any of their products. We learened how to eat, support each other,and we did not spend more than $300.00 for our weight loss. Do ur research before u begin, stick with the meal plan and you’ll do great

I am not a S4L customer, however I have been slim all my life until this year. My MS has gotten worse and between medications and not being able to get around like I used to I have gained 50#’s. I have watched the commercials and thought it would be great to join. Now I see that the bottome line here is MONEY, just like everything else. I am on disability and have a very fixed income, to the others who stated what is the cost compared to your life? Well, unfortunately when the upfront cost is 1/3 of your monthly income, I guess the money is more important than your health. I will have to fight this battle on my own and try to find healthy food on my limited budget. Shame on you S4L for demanding such a high fee from people so desperate to reclaim their health

I lost 44 pounds about 3 years ago and as long as I continue to visit the center, I’m able to maintain the loss. I’ve had my ups and downs tho! Like some of you, I’ve wondered where to get the herbs on line as they are so pricey at the center.
but for the most part, the herbals have chromium polynicotinate (200 mcg) or 167% daily value and Niacin (as niacinamide) 10mg in them. Then there’s a proprietary blend of Guarana, green tea extract, ginseng, bitter orange, ginkgo, orange peel. I think any Vitamin Cottage type place can help you find similar products.

I’m really sorry to hear the stories of people not obtaining their goal with S4L/Slimgenics. I have a co-worker who was really mad when she started the program and began looking at the cost involved. I tried to encourage her to stick with it, but she had already made up her mind that she had paid far too much and was sick of it. She didn’t like what she believed to be deceitful practices. Counselors wearing scrubs and the like. Making it look like a medical establishment.

I lost 44 pounds within 6 months, three years ago. I have a hard time maintaining it, but I purchased the maintenance program and go in when I need to. I’ve never had a bad experience here in Colorado. Granted, it’s a tough program but I feel it’s well worth it, but you have to be willing to put the work in too! Being mindful of snacking is one of my downfalls. Thats why I use the following website for my snacks. They’re about .50cents cheaper per pkg than the website that was mentioned above.

They have always delivered in a timely manner and in all the orders that I have placed, never have had a problem with accuracy. And they usually add three free items when you check out.

I just joined in Colorado. It’s now called Slimgenics here, since it’s only in a few states I suspect somebody was sued or a partnership was ended and they had to rename themselves.

I got into Slimgenicsbecause several local radio DJ’s and their wives praise it and say they lost all the weight they wanted and have kept it off for over a year. My wife has tried Weight Watchers, gyms, and others and has had very little success. So I bought this as our Christmas present to each other.

The initial cost was about $525 ea (with website coupon) and includes a bottle of each “pill” supplement, 2 boxes(7 each) of their “mandatory” snacks, a box of laxative tea(20 ea), and a box (10 ea) of their Thermo-boost drink mix. I want to lose 60 pounds and the wife 40 pounds – it was less than 20 dollars different in price.

The also give you a “bulk” order form at sign-up and tell you to bring it back with you when you have your first “class”…which is a short flip-presentation with very little substance. If you have questions, be prepared to hear “Don’t worry about that now…or an answer that sounds fishy” I don’t think the staff is trying to be deceptive so much as I think that they are just not very knowledgeable and get most of their info from the little flip charts and brochures.

Supposedly the only additional food that is basically mandatory for their diet is their 2/day snacks. Only one of these daily snacks can be from the “protien” group. The other has to be from a “starch” group. My plan was 28 weeks and the wife’s was 24 weeks – so we had to buy 28 + 24 =52 weeks * 2/day = 104 boxes. The snacks are pretty good and there are 7 per box in almost all of them. If you buy them individually, they cost $16/box. If you buy them in bulk on the first day only, they cost anywhere from $10.50-$12.75/box depending if you buy in bulks of 20/40/60/80 or 100 boxes (about a 50 cent discount for every 20 extra you buy). It was $550 savings if we bought 100 so we just did it all at once. All of the protein snacks were okay and even downright yummy. I tried about a dozen and bought mostly the Crisp-n-cruch Fudge Graham bar and the Caramel Delight Bar – both pretty much taste like a really good Granola Bar. I need to have ease of use, so for the crunchy snacks – I bought the Chocolate Mini Crisps mainly because the other snacks only had 5-6 per a box which raises the indiividual cost per snack by as much as $1.10 extra per snack! Instead of the Crunchy Snacks, you can choose from about 20 other items, but all of those require a small amount of food prep – Adding water. A few need to be microwaved. Again, all were pretty tasty and I am a very picky eater so that’s saying something. We spent about $1200 total for the snacks, a cook-book, and one of the supplements my wife wanted.

I would agree with others on this site that most of the “optional” supplements can be easily bought for much cheaper at discount stores.

I’ll add an update later when I see how my weight loss results are.

I have had GR8 success with slimgenics IF I stick to the plan. It is not easy. But if it was, we wouldnt have this issue of weight. It is restrictive, especially if you love pasta and mexican food like me. I buy all my snacks at directdirect.com for half the cost, EFA’s are just omega 3 and can get any store. Im searching for a replacement carb blocker as they do inflate the cost of their products. I think this is the way they stay in business though. The councelors are fantastic at my branch. I highly recommend slimgenics and lost 8 lbs in my first 3 days. Its all store bought food and you just have to get creative with how you prepare. I paid $500 bux initially and it has been worth every penny. I only have 25lbs to lose now and when I follow the plan exactly—I lose. If you are totally serious and ready to give up all the cream sauces, pasta, sugar, etc…go for it.

I noticed one of our trauma surgeons had lost a ton of weight and was looking really good. So I badgered him till he told me how he did it. It was S4L. I too got no direct information at the Shawnee location as far as cost. I had heard it was high. Basically I signed up for 6 weeks plus a maintenence. Iv’e lost maybe 11 lbs. I am substituting the store bought fish oil and vitamins as well. The boost for life and the herb metabolizer are so laden with gurana and ginko it gives me palpitations! I told them I would rarely use those, and I can’t really tell what they do to “helpl”. Didn’t buy any “carb blockers” which I don’t know their real role either. I have only replaced the bar and hot drink supplements on one of the weekly discounts. I think they realize I am not gonna spend a bunch, so they haven’t badgered me. They all have been very nice, but really, it is about accountability and weigh ins. I could probably do this on my own with an accountabiility partner. I probably won’t go beyond the time frame I signed up. I would really have appreciated it if they had been upfront on their cost from the get-go. I think that is pretty deceiving to give you all the cost after you sort of get “hooked”. I wish somebody would start something similar as an alternative, and then direct people where to buy their own products and not sell all the expensive stuff. There has to be a HUGE mark up! None of the gals who work at the Shawnee location are RN’s, dieticians, or health care professionals that I know of. They have used the program and kept their weight off. So they should not be thought of as medical consultants. I know they take a health history, but do they know what all the conditions and medications are people are taking? Kind of a wierd deal.

I needed to lose 20 pounds and signed up at Slim4Life now Slimgenics (new name) I did the initial sign up and was a little upset at the price. I do agree though that the supplements are what drive the price wayyy up. I used all the initial and continued with the carb blockers and the very expensive herbs. I bought my own vitamins and efa’s (researched similar product at vitamin store). I did lose all my weight and have kept it off. I still buy the thermo boost and it kills me to spend that, but I buy all snacks online at diethighprotein.com, very reasonable pricing and they offer free shipping over $100. I liked some of the staff but really needed to be accountable that why I joined. I am very happy today and would have paid the fee all over again, it’s just all the extras that I’d question.

I have been on Slim 4 Life for one month – have lost about 5 lbs. Supplements (2 needed daily) are $15 a box for one week. I won’t buy anything else from them – will look for cheap replacements. Diet is restrictive – 2 proteins, 2 fruits, 4 vegetables, 2 starches, 4 oz. milk (for my plan) plus vitamin, EFAs, herbs. You also have to drink a minimum of 80 oz. of water a day – a minimum!!!

I go to Lewisville TX location. I have found the consultants to be salespeople, not very friendly, and somewhat rude. One said she was a nurse before – she is the only one who has taken blood pressure. I am edgy with the herbs and have had to reduce them. I only needed to lose about 20 pounds, but think I’d be better off with Weight Watchers.

Yesterday I went in and woman said I had to “follow plan perfectly” for there to be results. Well, I’m not perfect – I’ve cut out pretty much everything I used to eat, including all Starbucks visits, and am “off plan” with an occasional slice of cheese or something and I’ve lost 5 lbs – there are easier ways to do that.

I am better at portion control and healthy choices but I learned that week 1.

It’s been a miserable experience.

I joined Slim 4 Life in Kansas City in May of this year with a goal of losing 150 pounds. So far, in 6 months, I have lost 70 pounds. The variety of food isn’t huge but the possibilities of what you do with those choices is unlimited; the staff are great at offering new ways to prepare foods, suggesting different seasoning, etc. The staff are always supportive, upbeat and positive even if you admit to cheating or show a weight gain. Certainly they all have their own personalities (as do each of us reading this) but none have ever been rude or nasty – I know which ones to ask for because I need a push to stay on plan and which will be super positive. The accountability of keeping a food diary and weighing in one-on-one several times a week are a huge part of this plan and exactly what some of us need. The supplements (snacks and drinks) are tasty and there’s a large selection. There are also always specials of some kind on products, opportunities to win free weeks and drawing for free products. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this plan to others if you are looking for a supervised, healthy change in your eating habits (my husband who eats whatever I cook and uses none of the products has also lost over 30 pounds and I know my daughter is healthier for it too). The price is somewhat steep and the presentation of all costs is a little off-putting but in the long run it’s all worth it. I’d suggest asking lots of questions at the initial consultation so that you get a full picture about the foods, the various products to buy, the cost, etc. – use the commetns on here to plan your questions but don’t let them change your mind about making an appointment.

They will not give you the costs upfront! If you’re on it diligently for one year you will pay at least $5,000+. Don’t walk away from this program RUN!!! Bad, bad, bad, wasteful, less than professional. Find a skinny friend and pay them to meet with you. That’s basically what you’re getting at “Slime” for Life. A person to give you a pep talk and sell, sell, sell as many products as they possibly can. I would love to know their success-rate? I bet it’s less than 5 percent. And I would bet the representatives get paid on commission for the products they sell. Big big mistake….If you absolutely have to pay someone thousands of dollars to loose weight so be it. I was thinking of looking into the program myself. But now reading all these blogs I’m afraid to. I live on a strict budget and would need all the cost of everything up front. However…. I agree with the “money isn’t everything if it makes you healthy” look at things. I currently take several medications and my doctor says weight loss will help and I too have tried just about everything there is out there. I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t like to exercise and I know that it is a very important part of weight loss, but when your heavy and your back and knees hurt to do it, you tend not to attempt it to avoid the pain. So… with all that being said…. say a person needs to lose 80 lbs and needs to lose that in 7 months… what would it cost with everything, the program, the supplements and the vitamins and the fat burners… total ….. HOW MUCH?????????

I joined slim4life in July 2009 – I have lost 37 pounds as of today and have not used any of their products past the initial ones that they gave me.

I was so taken aback buy the price of their products. So, i took all the supplements to a local vitamin store and they were able to match the metabolizer, carb blocker and efa’s for a fraction of the cost. You can take any complete daily vitamin. I buy the supplement protein bars at Wal-Mart (Pure-Protein) 6 bars for $6.95. I follow their food plan and go in to weigh 2 times per week. Because I have 2 bad feet, I do not exercise at all. It’s just that they will not guarantee your weightloss if you do not use their products.

So basically, I paid the initial $600 for their paperwork, counseling, weighing me and holding me accountable. I have not paid them a dime since. Also, they teach you tricks for how to recover if you go off plan.

I went to my first nutritional class last night and was also FLOORED at the cost of all the supplements and snacks, etc. I told them flat out they were going to be quite disappointed that I was buying nothing then. I went home and started researching and found that (a) they can’t make you purchase their products and (b) there are much lower cost products with the same ingredients on the market. For Instance, OneADay Women’s 50+Advantage vitamins are 1/2 the price of theirs; the EFAs are nothing but fish oil and you can get the same dosages at WalMart for 2/3 less cost. The Boost4Life is all the ingredients you can find in a green tea supplement at Costco or Sam’s, again WAY cheaper. Carb Blockers are cheap and available at GNC or WalMart — same EXACT ingredients. The Metabolizer tabs are nothing but diet pills, again you can go to a GNC or Vitamin Shoppe and find the exact ingriedients for less than 1/2 the cost. I haven’t researched the “snacks/desserts” yet, but I suspect they are so yummy they might be worth the price. Good luck to all who try this – I plan to hang in there with my low cost supplements and see if they give me any grief about it. If they do I will switch over to another diet plan — you know they ALL work if you stick with them.

I’ve been on the program for 9 weeks now and have struggled to lose 20 pounds. Like so many comments here I was NOT told upfront the actual cost of all the supplements and when I stated that, I was given a real “go-to-hell” look and the comment, “well you should’ve been told.” I go to the Hulen office in Fort Worth and find most of the girls to be obnoxious and prissy. Instead of empathy and support, you get a lot of “young attitude.” They are definitely needing a good lesson or two in customer relations. One even goes to great means to make sure I have to wait whenever I go in. The products are expensive and a daily calorie intake of less than 7-900 calories is probably not the most healthy. And the only thing I’ve learned to eat until I’m sick of it is chicken. There is little variety. I would say, save your money. There are better, proven programs out there. (And I wish someone had told me that before I signed on the dotted line.)

Honestly…it can vary from market to market…from client to client. The kc market is $9 a week but that is still based upon how many lbs you need to lose and how many weeks you need to lose it. Even so-your medically history and personal evalution plays apart of it. Yes, generally everyone pays the same price but until they have all your info you just don’t know

I’m very sorry you did not have a good experience with this program. I know it’s a bit steep in price but IT IS medically impossible not to lose with this program unless you cheat. It instills healthy habits. It has helped people get off multiple medications so before you decide to trash a program that didn’t work for you why don’t you sincerely ask yourself why it didn’t work for you?

Yes it is a business but we are here to help people too. unfortunately not all of our staff feels the same but i can tell you that the majority of our company feels more apt to help our clients than the almighty pocket

congrats on your acheivements! I have been a counselor for three years and a manager for two. The greastest part of my job is helping those that need to get heathy. I have helped many get off bp meds and oxygen tanks. One client lost just 76lbs and can now golf again with his buddies while another lost 176lbs and feels beautiful again. I don’t agree with how expensive it is but then can you really put a price on your health? I love my job and how i get to help people everyday!

There is a law that states whenever you sign a contract, you have 72 hours to change your mind. I got sucker slapped same as you a long time ago when I signed a gym membership w/o all the details. When I read the fine print, I contacted a lawyer – free initial consultation – who advised me of this “loop hole”. I have actually had to resort to it a few times since then (you would think I would have learned to dig a little deeper before signing on the dotted line, but…)

I joined slim 4 life in May of ’09. I have lost a total of 20lbs. I am a person who has tried everything including daily exercise and have not been able to loose weight. Slim 4 Life was my last option before lap ban surgery. The program is expensive, but it works for me. The center that I went to in Dallas has wonderful consultants. They were up front with me from the moment I went in. The cost, the guarantee, the supplements, and the vitamins were all explained along with the price. For me, it’s worth it because I’m losing the weight and feeling good about myself.

I went in for my consultation needing to lose over 100 lbs. I had my heart set on it and did so good through the 3 day “prep” which is pretty much meat and raw green veggies. I went in all pumped up for my nutrition class three days later and was totally deflated when I was told that I would have to buy all of my supplements and herbs up front to get the discount. Funny in the initial consultation, they did not focus on anything except the two supplements per day. I did the math in my head and expected them to ask me to spend a little more money but not three times my initial sign up fee. They did not tell me in the initial consultation that I would not have a guarantee if I didn’t buy them. I explained that this was deceptive and that they should give all the facts up front. At this point, they began saying that I could just buy them along at the higher price but all in all it would cost me more than $1,100 additional doing it that way. I was not prepared to pay an extra $2,000 in addition to the approx. $600 that I already paid to get signed up, much less, an additional $1100 on top of that. They say that they will work with me without the purchase of the supplements but now I don’t trust them at all. I mean, what else are they not telling me! I don’t think I am going to work with them. iF THEY MEAN TO ENCOURAGE, this failed. I am more defeated than ever. I am not sure what they can hold me to at this point…they got my $600.00 but they are not getting my $2,000!

I hate the fact that with S4L u must first waste your time an the office persons time to find out this is gonna cost you thousands of dollars …. no one is will to help you prepare for the cost till u havfe wasted this time …. I still have no idea the cost? Why is it such a secret? All the other plans are up front with the cost so u know what to expect, but not S4L why not?

I had over 100 pounds to loose, on blood pressure medicine, lupus on and on. Slim 4 life is a life saver to me. The girls at my center in Arlington, TX ARE knowlegeble, they care and they take time with each of us to keep us grounded and motivated. This center was my last stop before the big surgery. 8 weeks out and I am 35 pounds lighter, I am loving life and the cost clearly out weighs the consequences. I have had very little sucess with this program. I began at one location in CO and lost 40 lbs in 6 months, then we moved to another town, stayed with the program. I stayed with this new group for another 6 months and GAINED 10 lbs and have not lost it. I took all of the subliments into my dietition and had her look over all of the ingredients and was told that the pills, in her opinion, were a waste of money. Everything is costly, beginning the program, all of the subliments and the snacks, it is way too much to not lose lbs. I had to remind the girls to take my blook pressure weekly and I have only been measured 3 times in this year. I did send a note to the corp. office and they were very helpful. I will not recommend this program to anyone. Like my mother said, I was spending a lot of money for a lbs. of hampurger.

I was given the same “used car salesman” pitch. It was absolutely deceitful, and I was incredibly disappointed in that aspect of signing up with S4L. Their product is good enough to warrant the price, and they should trust themselves and their clients enough to be honest with them. Maybe they figure the only way to convince people is to get them in the contract, then once they try the products, they will see the effectivness of the program. In the long run, it was the best things I have ever done for myself and would suggest it to ANYONE who has trouble losing weight and wants to do so in a very healthy way. I lost 27 lbs in 11 weeks and have been on track for 6 months now. They are a good company, but not very professional in the way they capture their clients.
