Slimquick Cleanse is designed especially for women to “eliminate toxins and jumpstart your diet in 7 days.” The Slimquick Cleanse formula contains a variety of detoxifying herbs, caffeine, fiber, and a couple of minerals. You may see water weight loss from this product, but I don’t think your going to see permanent fat loss.
Also Slimquick Cleanse doesn’t contain ingredients specifically targeted for women’s weight loss issues like it claims. The “designed specifically for women” statement is merely a marketing technique.

I’ve been told that Slimquick helps you lose weight. Different types of weight gain alot of weight back strain treatment. Has anyone had these sort of problems?
Quick question….will the Slimquick Cleanse keep you up at night? Because it says to take 4 pills prior to bedtime….and I am a little nervous that it will keep me up all night?

Slimquick Cleanse shouldn’t keep you up especially if they recommend taking it before bedtime. The only ingredient that may contain caffeine is Green Tea Extract. Hope this helps!
i am taking the cleansing pills and with seven days i see a difference, i don’t think any pills will keep the weight off. I think it helps you lose weight and it is up to you to keep it off. I really like the results.
Is it safe to take slim quick cleanse with acai burn?
Hey all you ladies.
I am and have been using for thge past 2 1/2 months, the Slimquick “mixed berries” drink mix with Hoodia. I have lost 17 pounds and it still reduces my appetite. It tastes good too. I think that if you are serious about losing weight and getting in to shape, this helps. BUT, you need to be serious. I’m not a physical fitness nut, I just walk 1/2 hour every day and I drink my Slimquick first thing in ther a.m and also at lunch. I was 150 pounds and 5′11″. I’m now 133 lbs. and in the best shape I’ve ever been in. Oh, and by the way, I’m also 59 years young.
Can you take Slimquick Clense with regular Slimquick or should you only take one?
I just read on the slimquick website that you take the cleanse for the recommended 7 days and start with slimquick, or any of their other products after that. I’m thinking about trying this. I’ve gained 30-35 pounds in the past year and I believe its because Im now on birth control and my cravings for junk has soared through the roof.

I read on the SlimQuick Packet that you should not combine the powder packet wih a full serving of slimquick caplets. One powder may be substituted for one slimquick caplet.

I have read several different articals about this brand, some very good and a couple were critical. I think the best way is to try it out for ourselves. This may not be the most cost effective, but at least we can say for ourselves wether or not it worked, was productive to weightloss, and if we would recommend this product or not we have experience to back up our ideas. I am going to start the cleanse 7-20-09, I am not trying to lose a large amount of weight, maybe 15-20 pounds. Mainly my goal is to feel better and eat healthier. This is most important to me, because i am Bipolar and diet and exercise really affect my disease. I will be incorporating the Weight Watchers program along with the slimquick Cleanse and hopefully move to the slimquick extreme in a week, which will involve me actually using the gym membership that i have. Weight Watchers is great. It helps you to eat the foods you like, but in a manner that will keep you healthy and help you make better food choices. Along with Diet and exercise i hope that this will be an effective plan for me and maybe i have encouraged someone else. I will be starting this Slimquick “mixed berries” drink mix this Friday, i want to loose at 15lbs. I have been walking for 1/2hour and also I will start the 90 minute work out with Tony Horton, I hope this works since I’m a diabetic I really need to be healty, don’t want to talke any pills or insulin.
this ones’ very temporary. with the sliming pills of different brands etc.. they all say theyr the best. well actually its bogus. might as well eat alkaline foods such as fresh greens, fish (wild salmon is just perfect!) – christopher guerriero
