    I’ve used Stemulite for six months and have been happy with the results. Don’t fool yourself though…it isn’t magical. If you want to lose weight, you have to work out and actually put in some effort. Stemulite has left me feeling as though I am recovering faster, but I’m still putting in the work. Just my two cents…

    I’m thinking about trying Stimulite for women, but I wanted to talk to some body who has tried it. Has it improved your muscle gain? It seems you are only stoked about the recovery. What other muscle recovery products have you tried? I work out regularly, and would continue if I started stimulite. I am at my ideal weight, But I want to work on my abs. Do you think It’s worth it?

    I used Stimulite and found it to be the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. The night time formula was a joke. I actually found myself unable to sleep. So, if you want to waste your money buy this product…

    I have used stemulite for 1 month and I love it, When I was out for a few days I could tell a big difference,I was lifting more weight, in only a few weeks,YOU JUST GOT TO WORK AT IT,, This product is awesome .Thats my opinion.We all have one

    I’ve used Stemulite on a consistent basis for the past 18 months. In that time, I’ve had a dramatic increase in mass and strength and a much better recovery period. Not to mention, much better sleep due to the nighttime product. However, the one thing I have not seen is the Fat Burning piece. If anything, you are left with water weight if you skip a workout or two. Plus, mixiing it with another Fat Burning product sometimes leaving you feeling either too hyper or lethargic.
    The best thing is to use this product in moderation with a day off here and there. For instance, two pills in the morning and two pills at night on lifting days (e.g., M-W-F) and 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill at night for the other days, where maybe you run or swim.

    My stats as a 37 to 38 year old : Before Stemulite = 6′6″ 237; 23% body fat; 18 months later – 12 extra pounds with a decrease of 2% body fat.

    Used it but make sure you do a fair share of cardio and strict dieting….Sean
