    I’ve used Stemulite on a consistent basis for the past 18 months. In that time, I’ve had a dramatic increase in mass and strength and a much better recovery period. Not to mention, much better sleep due to the nighttime product. However, the one thing I have not seen is the Fat Burning piece. If anything, you are left with water weight if you skip a workout or two. Plus, mixiing it with another Fat Burning product sometimes leaving you feeling either too hyper or lethargic.
    The best thing is to use this product in moderation with a day off here and there. For instance, two pills in the morning and two pills at night on lifting days (e.g., M-W-F) and 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill at night for the other days, where maybe you run or swim.

    My stats as a 37 to 38 year old : Before Stemulite = 6’6″ 237; 23% body fat; 18 months later – 12 extra pounds with a decrease of 2% body fat.

    Used it but make sure you do a fair share of cardio and strict dieting….Sean
