Will TrimSpa Burn Fat?
TrimSpa - the name sounds kinda sexy – like a “spa” in a bottle that helps you drop weight. Though the company may be good at picking a product name, the FTC hasn’t been fond of its advertising strategy, i.e. misrepresenting the effectiveness of its products. In January 2007, TrimSpa was forced to pay $1.5 million because of the lies. Clearly, we have no reason to believe the product works as well as the company claims, but does it work at all?
TrimSpa Ingredients
The active ingredient in most TrimSpa products is hoodia gordonii, which is a cactus plant that grows in the Kalahari desert of Africa. This plant has had an enormous amount of hype surrounding it is a viable appetite suppressant. However, scientific research has been far less complementary as to the effectiveness of the ingredient. Though some good results have been seen by some, there have been no peer-reviewed clinical trials proving it as an effective appetite suppressant for humans.
Some other good ingredients are included in many of their products, but not in significant amounts in order to make a difference for you. These are eye candy from what I can tell.
TrimSpa Conclusion
Though most of the TrimSpa products are “reasonably” priced, ranging from $12-$30, there just really isn’t much in these that will give you an edge in your weight-loss program. They do not contain potent enough ingredients and it appears the company relies on preview fame too much and not enough on real science. I don’t recommend the TrimSpa line.

i used trimspa and loss major weight 67 pounds in 3 months i think it works great
I also used trimspa and lost 80 pounds in 4 months. I took 6 a day and 8oz of water per pill.
I used trimspa and lost 20 lbs two or three months that I took twice times for morning and evening before meal. It is helpful for lose weight. I want to get order more that I dont have store anymore. I love trimspa.
hey trimspa helped me to loose wieght I was 150 pounds and I lost 45 pounds so I trust trimspa so bad.
I used TrimSpa back in 2004 and it worked great. I had so much energy that I was in the gym 2 hrs a day 5 days a week. I dropped body fat first, BMI and then began muscle tone and weight loss. I was fit and trim was just about to have a six pack then Hurricane Katrina hit and threw my world into ….well that is besides the point. I am looking to get back on Trim Spa and I have rejoined the gym. I think it works great and gave me so much energy and at my age I need all the energy I can get.
TrimSpa is a placebo… there is nothing in the ingredients that would or could help you lose weight… you’ll have the same results with a peppermint candy… tell yourself the same crap that TrimSpa is suppose to do and it’ll work… everyone that lost weight didn’t by themselves… eating a spoonful of dirt can work too.
I lost Twenty Pounds thanks to trim spa.During the holiday’s I went off trimspa and gained Ten pounds. I’m Back on and I’ve lost Three pounds already
I lost 23 Ib and no side effects.. I can only say the site is informative and honest on what to do . I’m thankful to trim spa

Hi Brandon, I am Sandy.All I can say is TrimSpa is great! Read my comments on the site. I posted the same as you did. I took Trim Spa after I had my kids , I lost 50 pounds in 2 months. i asked my doctor about the extreme loss and it being so fast. He said that because I was eating healthy and running that it was ok. He done a physical on me to ease my mind and he said that I was healthier than most teenagers, and in better shape. So enjoy your new bodt and health, and watch the heads turn,lol.
I used TrimSpa a long time ago and it really worked. I am back on it now. I don’t know if it is a placebo or not but all of these stranges can’t have the same results about loosing weight.
The only thing I want to know is can u have a cocktail or to while u r on the product.
I was thinking about using Trimspa and after reading the reviews I am going to go on the product. I will update you on my success.
This product is a sham, it won’t help you do anything. You are doing it yourselves, almost all of its ingredients are jumk. The ones that aren’t don’t work well with the other ingredients. I think most of these people saying its great are paid lol. No side effects lol, there shouldn’t be, its not doing anything!
After I had my first child I found losing the weight hard to do.It just wouldn’t go anywhere.So after my second child I new I had to do something. By that time I felt bad ,no energy,and I felt so unattractive. So I got Trim Spa, it is great! I took trim spa and walked/ran. In 2 months I lost 50 pounds.Then over the next 3 months I lost another 20 lbs. After my third son I couldn’t find Trim Spa anywhere, I have been trying so hard to lose the weight but I’m not doing that well. Now that Trim Spa is back ,I cann’t wait to get the sexy, confident, healthy me back.
Not being realistic, I have One thing to say !Thank goodness I went back on trim spa …I thought I could do it On my own…. NOT!!!!.. Since I went back on trim spa I’ve lost 20 Lbs… They make it so easy.. You made me feel so much better about me. My DR. Is amazed. My cholestrol has lowered by 20. I can’t tell you how relieved I am.
