    dear david, OMG!!!! trislim is a big hoax. I am having problems with these idiots.I ordered this product and thank goodness i printed and saved all the paper work. well i called their # which they need to hire people that speak english. But i went on line to look at my checking acct. after calling them and telling them i was cancelling and they debited my acct twice. one for $149.95 an the other for $15.85. oh i went off and said some nasty things and i didnt care. but i told this girl she better give me my money back or i was calling my lawyer. watch your money dave.     Just reading about the TriSlim deal above. I also had tried to order the trial deal from them. When I got a confirmation email I was shocked to see that they had actually gone ahead and lined me up with two other affiliate health groups which I did not care to join. One was the FitFactory, which you had to cancel to get out of and the other one is called FatLoss4Idiots, which is only a website. There was no contact information at this later website so I could not even cancel out. As I checked thru the FatLoss4Idiots website there was only a link to click on to be sure you signed on the program. I did not click to sign on for that one and I can only hope I am not charged for it as I did not choose to join nor aware that TriSlim had me on their list, until I got my order confirmation email? Being uninformed basically that they had gotten me into these deals, while I never signed up for them, I was really mad and I called TriSlim back and cancelled my order as well as the FitFactory. My God, this was $20.00 per month for other groups I never intended to join! I still don’t know how to contact the FatLoss4Idiots group to be sure my name is off their lists? AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT MIGHT COST PER MONTH? I was really glad to get a order cancelation email though!! I may never try another diet deal again!! But, what a scam!!!! Sadly, I am only on SSI too, so I can not afford excessive weight loss scams. Not sure what to do? I’m sure checking online diet products info now.

    I agree!!! What a scam…..Trislim took a charge of $149.85 and $15.95 (for shipping) out of my checking account without my consent! I threatened them with a lawsuit and the told me that all they can give me back is $134.86. They would not refund the shipping charge and they kept a 10% restocking fee!!!!! So I am out $35.00 approx. As for these other companies they signed me up for without my consent and had to take time to call each of them and cancel everything with them so they would not take money from me. I’m still waiting for my refund and then I am contacting my bank regarding this. This is absolutely ridiculous! Never again will I fall for this.

    I was infurriated when I saw that it said that I have also agreed to that fit shit program. SO they have my card number and everything when I specifically signed up for Triselim. How dare trislim pass my information around. and plus it angered me when I called the number to cancel that they gave me a different number to call and when i called the other toll free number they told me to call the number I just got done calling. so they were bouncing me around on the phone. I was so angered. And yes, they give you people that have broekn English. They understand it but they can’t speak it. I asked to talk to a manager that knew how to speak better English and all she said was that she was sorry for the inconvienince but she is half Asian. I didn’t ask her what her ethnicity was… I asked her for her mananger!!!! And I never did get to talk to the manager. She finally canceled the other persciption. I suggest NOT TO ORDER from trislim!!!! Not a great idea! You will go through a whole bunch of b.s. before your order that you never even agreed to, gets canceled.

    What a crock. The company said I had 15 days to decline the order of 3 bottles. If the message was there it was small print inside the small print. I argued and argued and still ended up paying the 10% stocking fee. Call your credit card company. They are aware of this

    warning warning beware of the ripoff at trislim do not order unless you are ready to get scamed my wife ordered the sample botle and low and behold you start getting three months worth of this junk. we just called them the bottles we have from three months ago even though they are not opened can not be sent back even though they did not give a reciept in the envelope stating that and the man asked my wife if she could sell the bottles to a family member or friend I would not sell it to my worst enemy read the commits and take them to heart because this company is a ripoff DO NOT BUY PERIOD

    i just recieved my free bottle of trislim today but i wanted to cancel the fitfactroy since i did not sign up for it. I called to cancel it and i got a conformation number. I was also given a username and password for fitfactory and was told that since it is canceled it wont work. Well i tried it and i still have an account. Has this happned to anyone and how do i stop them before they take my money?

    Trislim does not work nor does the Acaiburn they tried to over charge me as well but I caught that early and had them refund me. I recieved two bottles of the Trislim and two trial size packages which I shared with others neither one of the products work I’ve had better results with Hydroxycut & Diet fuel & really sheded inches with those products I really thought this would be a natural way to shed inches but both products basically is a hoax I still was taking the Trislim after I recieved the refund to see if I could maybe shed a pound or two but nothing happened. Then I just read that it contains fish chemicals theres lots of people in the world who are allergic to fish so why sell a weight loss product that could cause you to become ill or dead.

    Hello everyone, I have not placed an order or anything..I was just checking into it. Whatever you do, dont give out checking account numbers. If you order anything online, use your credit/debit card. I use to work at Wachovia, and you can cancel your card at anytime if needed, but if you give your checking account number out, they will have to close it. Also, your debit/credit card is covered for fraud. Especially visa. If you have any issues just call your bank and let them know there was unauthorized charges. Wachovia would give you your money back and deal with the company themselves to get their money back. Good Luck!

    yes, I agree that tri slim is a rip off. they signed me up for my fitness $29.99, which i did not recall giving them permission to do. I cancelled my order before they had a chance to charge me for future shipments. I did try the diet access, which turned out to be pretty good. it offers diet plans. only charged 1 time for it, and it has been about 1 year.

    i know that we are deperate for weight loss. it is not in a diet pill. the best way is to eat healthy and exercise. i use the firm with weights and have lost 20 pounds within 1 month.

    Yes I have ordered and received Tri-Slim their product did work but beware as they have also charged bogus charges monthly even after I canceled. Yes they did credit my account but the next day they would charge me again. The only way to stop this is to monitor your bank account daily and as soon as you receive a credit is to cancel your debit card and request a new card with new numbers. This worked for me and now there are no more charges.

    I thought I would like to try this product and ordered a “free sample” much to my dismay. I soon found I had charges on my credit card totaling more than one hundred seventy five dollars(175.00) plus two others that showed up later. After speaking to a non-American English speaking person who I could not understand I finally was able to get the charges removed. It took at least four phone calls and a lot of yelling to succeed. I had canceled any future orders but was sent a three month supply any way. To anyone considering sending for their offer DON’T!!!!!

    They did the same to me, did not inform me of any of the conditions for the free product. I showed it to my doctor and he told me NOT to take it. So, I thought I was done with this company, UNTIL today when I got a call from my credit card company about this charge from Trislim for over $250.00 . I used the phone number that one of the people posted and spoke with someone who is NOT in the US, and they wanted me to give them all my information again. I told them they fraudulently charged my credit card and that thankfully my credit card company informed me of the charge immediately and I told them I did not authorize it…so the card was cancelled and is no good anymore. I have never been scammed like this and cannot imagine what they think I would purchase for over $250 from their company!

    I called my credit card company and TriSlim. They did credit me back for $135.

    That is what i thought, i called . canceled and then was billed from Trislim . Finding out I did not cancel Tri Slim or the colo cure but to cancel the fit factory. entirely a different company.
    When ordering they do not tell u that just so theu can scam u. No paper work came with my product like It said it would and that is why u can’t cancel in time for the trial.
    I am searching for their address too which they refused to give me over the phone.

    I got that number from my bank and when I called they still charged me for half the amount for there is no refund if you open the bottle. And I didn’t cancel in time. Although I thought I did.

    I actually work at a bank, and so long as you notify your financial institution within 30 days of having recieved the statement that shows the debits (you can tell them sooner if it has actually posted to your account, assuming you use online banking). Tell the bank that you have already tried to contact the company, with no success, and that you need to do an unauthorized transaction report. Your bank may suggest ordering a new debit/atm card for you, so that you will have an entirely new card number, so that the company can’t try to send anything else through. the only downside to getting a new card (other than waiting for it) is that any bills that are drafted from your account using the card number will need to be notified that the card number is no longer active and give them your new one. Hope this helps you (and any others with the same issue).Good luck!

    Oh as a side note to the comment I just posted, that is not a guarantee that you will get your money back, but I have been in banking for 5 yrs, and I have only had one thing come back saying it was authorized. When the customer reviewed the fine print, they realized the mistake they had made by not reading it before signing/agreeing on a contract

    Trislim info on bottle is Beach Ready, LLC located in Silver Springs NV. All you have to do is go to Annual Report filing and pull up name of company and it will have the address. I just went through this same scam as others. There are so many complaints out there that I think if you continue to pursue it — you will get your money back or at least most of it.

    I emailed them right away after I signed up for the free trial and told them to cancel my auto subscription and I would contact them later if I liked the product. I told them to email me right back with confirmation that they had canceled it and with information on how to cancel the subscription to that Fit website.
    They emailed me within the hour telling me that it was canceled and with the email address for the fit place so I could cancel with them.
    I was impressed with their promptness.

    wow what a joke! I came across a site that a CNN reporter had where she talked about trying all of these different pills and everything. she said that she had the best results from the acai cleanse pills and the colon cure cleanse pills. i figured i would give it a try since she had links for free trials (just pay 4.95 and 2.95 shipping). little did i know i would be automatically signed up for TriSlim, Fit Factory, Discount Buying Club, and Dining & Entertainment Club. I knew I had to call and cancel the pills i did order, but jeez! I too had problems understanding what the people were saying when i called. and i only got the numbers to cancel this crap from people on this website… i never received any emails, and the pill packaging had no paperwork with it. it only took me about 15 minutes to get everything canceled and they gave me cancellation numbers. i will be tracking my card statements and notifying them of potential unauthorized debits. What really got to me though, was the fact that they signed me up under false pretenses for TriSlim. I can’t afford $40 per month, yet alone damn near $200. I’m wondering if there is anyone we can report these crapheads to?

    This also happened to me. I ordered from colothin with the same free trial crap. Within the shipment was a bottle of colocure and a blttle of trislim. Both of which was not what I ordered. I figured colocure was just a replacement. There was no paperwork inside for shipping, instructions nothing. Of corse when u get back onto the website, no phone numbers….. Dumb move on my part i paid w/my debit card…. I did not get a phone number til today on the 15th day, when i checked my banking account to see 3 charges to my account 1 for colocure for 88.55 and 2 for trislim for 1.00 and 87.77. Both going to clear today. Called my bank to put a hold on them, but they cant because was processed by a pinless check or something like that.. I have to call them….. I havent called them yet, i decieded to check around a little more on the internet to what i could find.. Good thing I found this site, was helpful… I will reply again when I get things figured out…

    I called and cancelled no problem when I received the emails with phone numbers and emails addresses. If you order make sure to keep the emails that you receive that confirm your shipments. All info you need to cancel is in these emails.

    I tried this.. does NOT WORK. ACAI BURN DOES NOT WORK ALSO.. & like every body says, they CHARGED YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT any notice!!!! I was charged over $400 for these STUPID DIETS PILLS that DOESN’T EVEN WORK. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

    I WAS SCAMMED!!!! I WAS CHARGED OVER $400!!!! THAT I DIDN’T EVEN ORDER. THEY “AUTOMATICALLY” SUBSCRIBED ME TO THIS PROGRAM.. AND AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED ME FOR PILLS THAT I DIDN’T EVEN REQUEST FOR. THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO DO THAT. PISSED ME OFF, I GOT RIPPED OFF FOR THEIR “FREE TRIAL OF $4.95″… NOW I’M LEFT WITH THEIR STUPID DIET PILLS THAT DOESN’T EVEN WORK!!!!!

    I ordered a free trial of ColoCure and a free trial of Acai Berry for the shipping charge of $2.95 each. The ad said 30 day free trial. When they arrived I also received TriSlim which I did not order. The TriSlim and the ColoCure arrived in the same envelope with no paperwork and no offers or agreements to to continue. Then I got charged $85.55 for the ColoCure and $87.77 for the TriSlim. When I called the customer service # they tried to tell me I agree to a 15 day trial and that they could only refund 50%. I told them I was offered a 30 day trial and I would be happy to send back the remaining Colocure and the unopened bottle of TriSlim. I explained that I did not open it because I did not order it and I did not agree to any further purchases. All of a sudden they could refund 85% instead of 50% because there was a restocking fee. I explained that they could restock the TriSlim because it was unopened but that it would be illegal for them to restock the remaining ColoCure since I had opened it.. I ended up still paying $26. for my “Free Trial” and the ColoCure didn’t help me to lose even a pound. The whole thing is a scam and now it looks like they changed the names to Acai Berry Detox and Colon Cleanse. They still attach there ads to our local ABC News website and make it sound like ABC is promoting them unless you read the very small print disclaimer at the bottom of the web page. This type of bait and switch should be illegal and banned from all sites.

    Several months ago I ordered a “free trial” of acari berry and went through the same thing of unauthorized charges on my credit card It took about three hours of phone calls, cancelling my credit and getting a new one issued and immense frustration to get things taken care of. I also received trislim in the mail which I didn’t order I contacted the atttorney general’s office and filed a complaint and they informed me you are not obligated to send anything back you did not order. Now I would be leary of taking any of these diet supplements from a company that uses such fraudulent business practices.
