Tone ‘N Tighten is mostly made of natural ingredients that are supposed to help burn fat and they claim to be able to help you without using harmful stimulants.
While stimulants ca be harmful if there are too many in a formula, they also can be very effective and you should not just avoid a stimulant because it is a stimulant.

Universal Nutrition makes some decent pills but they do not offer any kind of guarantee on Tone ‘N Tighten and the ingredients seem to be fairly weak.
