        I call to cancel the Vital Acai and was told that I accepted for continued service, however it didnot work for me. I actually gain pounds.

        It took (2) calls to get a refund started……

        A friend sent me an email informing me about this free trial sample of VitalAcai. I got an email today informing me that I will be billed nearly $90 a month for this product. I am outraged. I tried calling a number to cancel and it was not the correct number. I need a number to call and cancel and complain. Does anyone have a number?

        i am also a victim of this scam. I called this number 18194830467. Per customer service I should received an email after 24 to 48 hrs instructing me when to return the item and get my money back. I was also charge for items not ordered twice after receiving the trial pack. What they do is charge your card 2 weeks after them sending you the trial pack whether you order or not.

        This product does not work. I gained 10lbs in 5 days. Trying to cancel this product before I was charged 90 a month was a nightmare. I had to call 2 different numbers and was given a hard time saying I would be charged anyways for the bottles I received even though it was a free trial. Do NOT try this product. It’s not worth it.
