Waterex Review

gnc-waterex.jpgWaterex is GNC supplement that contains a blend of herbs “formulated to help maintain and support water balance.”

Waterex ingredients: vitamin B6, magnesium, potassium, green tea leaves extract, a vegetable blend of garlic, asparagus and celery, parsley, Uva Ursi extract, Buchu leaves extract, Melilot flower extract, couchgrass powder, corn silk, hydrangea root powder and juniper berries extract. The Waterex formula contains a lot of diuretics (cause an increase urinating), so you may see a few pounds from water loss, but this will be temporary and Waterex is not a supplement that should be used long term.

Price: Waterex’s retail value is $12.99, which may seem cheap, but in my opinion that’s very overpriced for the results you receive.

Warnings: Do not take Waterex near bedtime, because it contains a natural form of caffeine. Also do not use Waterex if you currently have renal problems, because this product could put extra strain on your kidneys.

Conclusion

I do not recommend Waterex, because it does NOT promote permanent fat loss. To lose weight and keep it off you need to exercise, eat healthy, and take a supplement that contains a proven appetite suppressant and metabolic stimulator. Below are three weight loss supplements that contain clinically proven fat burning ingredients.

actually I have used waterex from time to time. for a water pill, when for whatever reason my body is holding excess water or/ swelling. It is very effective and the price is low, its formula is helping to replace what is being flushed out so your electrolytes don;’t go crazy on you. use it for weight loss? duh, no! but for temporary water loss? Yes! If you are bloating and need to fit in that dress to go out, well worth the try!
