Been using for a couple days now in addition to a “Medifast” diet. Xenadrine really makes up for the energy I lack due to the other diet. Not sure if I’m losing more weight but I definitely feel a lot more alert. So far so good.

I purchased Xenadrine RFX after I had my daughter as I wanted to loose the baby weight. I had been on the original Xenadrine formula before it was banned and was hoping for the same results. I didnt find that this formula provided results more drastic than regular diet and exercise. Maybe 1-2 lbs per month more, but nothing drastic. I was disappointed.

I’ve been using xenadrine rfx-a for about a month, in terms of energy it’s not the best thing, I have been controling my food intake and going to the gym up to 4 times a week and the results are like maybe a pound per week,really disapointed.

I’m on my second week now of xenadrine rfx-a and so far my energy level isn’t that high and I’ve only lost maybe 1 lb. Kind of disappointing so far and am hoping to get results like some of you but am disapointed after reading negative comments as I feel I may be in the same boat. I have been eating health and not eating anything past 6:00PM, I walk 3 – 4 times a week and do pilates atleast once a week. So far not the results I’m looking for considering I paid $65 for the bottle and the girl at the health store said they are the best suited for my goal of losing 10lbs before my wedding on July 18, 2009. I started taking it two days ago. Today about an hour after I took it I got severe chest pains that went through to my back. I was dizzy light headed nauseous my fingers went cold I broke into a cold sweat and I had trouble breathing. I was scared. I thought I was having a heart attack. I was ready to call for an ambulance.
I have taken fat burning dietary aids before and I know that with the proper diet and exercise they can and do help. But this one is not worth the risk!
On the bright side I’m sure if I continue I will at least be skinny… in a coffin but skinny!

I have been taking Xenadrine rfa-x for a week and feel like I have lost a few lbs but dont want to get on the scale.yet. Xenadrine gives me the perfect amount of energy and I dont have the urge to snack a whole lot. My friend took it and on her 3rd pill she returned it.. It is not for anyone but for most it does wonders! I am 5’5 and weigh 156 lbs hope to get down to at least 130.. 125 would be ideal!

I purchased Xenadrine RFA-X two weeks ago. First I thought I would feel heat, hoping it would speed up my metabolism. However, all it did was burn up the inside of my stomach. I also felt weird as if I had taken a drug that made me feel disoriented. I kept tripping and dropping things and a feeling as if I was out of place all day. I do not recommend this pill and it did not give me results.

This is my first day taking Xenadrine. I’m trying to lose some weight before I go on vacation in a month. I’ve been on a 1500 calorie a day diet and exercising daily but am not seeing the results I want. So far I feel a little jittery and a bit nauseous, but nothing too bad. I have no appetite. I have been using xenadrine for about a week. I have lost 4 pounds. I have been running and lifting like normal (4-5 days a week). My stomach has been a little upset and I feel tired and lethargic. The main thing that I’ve noticed is that I don’t have any appetite, which could account for my lack of energy.

I’ve been using this product for the past 2 months. I’ve lost maybe a total of 10 pounds. I too don’t go by the scale because muscle weighs more than fat. I find that during my weight training sessions I have more focus and stamina to get through the tough bits. My only side effect is lack of sleep. I’ve been taking this product for almost a whole month now. In the begining stages of taking the pill, I would feel super weird at night. Like an anxiety attack was happening. Recently I strolled into my local GNC asking about the best fat burners on the market. The guy told me hands down his favorite was Xenadrine RFA-X. Bought 1st bottle yesterday. Started taking today with 2 capsules for a serving instead of one. No side effects, so i will up to the recommended 3 per serving after a few days. Normally do an hour or so of cardio a day and strength train 3 times a week. I am 15 years old and 01/23/10 was my 6th day taking Xenadrine Ultra. I know people say that teens shouldn’t take diet pills, but my average weight was between 204 and 206 lbs. yea… so i’m pretty desperate. But anyway… what’s the difference between Xenadrine RFA-X and Xenadrine Ultra?
I just weighed myself about an hour ago and my current weight is 198, that’s about 7 or 8 pounds so far. I don’t exercise, unless im really bored or have an impulse to, so i don’t know why everyone says you need to exercise for it to work.

Before starting the pill i used to eat soooo much. I would have these huge meals. I never ate breakfast, and i didnt eat lunch at school. so i didnt eat until id get home. so when i did get home, i would make these humungous meals and scarf them down faster than you could make a bowl of cereal (im not joking whatsoever). and id immediately go to sleep and not wake up until dinner was done or brought home(which it mainly is), which was about 8:30 to 9:30p.m., and even when eating dinner only about 5 to 6 hours after my afternoon meal i would still have 2 and even sometimes three helpings. and of course after everything i ate i felt so horrible about myself.

but now that im taking xenedrin i just dont feel hungry most of the time, while everyone else is snacking im wondering why im not, then i realize i have no cravings. this might be bad, i don’t know, but i could probably go an entire day without eating anything and still not be that hungry in the morning.

I only have 3 problems with Xenedrin Ultra.

1. the pills are frickin huge, they look they could give someone a concussion if i chucked it at ‘em. When i take them sometimes they get lodged in my throat or my chest, and its possibly the worst feeling i’ve ever suffered thru. and even after i get it completely down i still feel like something is stuck in the back of my throat. But i don’t have problems everytime, lately they’ve been going down pretty smooth.

2.I’m usually jittery all the time, but with xenedrine, its like 3 times worse. even right now as i type i cant control my legs. when im lying in bed trying to sleep, my arm like spazzes out and if you could see i swear it would look like im having a seizure. i get these weird chills, and my whole body shakes. But i have no problem actually falling asleep.

3.The bottle it comes in smells so horrible! eww. smells like mr. clean death in a bottle. i have to hold my breath when i open it.

But other than those three reasons its really working pretty great.

i don’t know what the hell 2-do!!! i have the bottle in front of me cuz i have taken the original xenadrine when it first came out -n- yes i did have the shakes but it definitly worked! I am 35 -n- a mother of 3, 5’3″ n weigh 135. I was happier when i weighed 120 but these darn holidayzzz, (SO YUMMMMY) LOL. Some of the revies sound scary yet i trust the people that have lost lbs. I don’t think it would still be on the market if alot of people were returning this product! Maybe the people r not drinking enough fluids, eating healthy or just not working out! I will start this 2-morrow and hit the gym 5x a week so we,ll see what happens -n- i will right back! (if i don’t then something happened..lol) luv-ya, c-ya

I started Xenadrine about 2 weeks ago and so far i’v lost almost a stone! This is not the first time i’v try’d diet pills and all of them have worked for me somehow but These are 1 of the best. I’m still on 4 pills a day there for still have half the bottle and allready i’v ordered my second bottle. Also i am only 21 so i think thats a big factor in my rapid weight-loss but also i’m currently uneployed due to a accident and very rarely exercise bar a 1 hour walk at night but I have started eating abit more healthy also i think the pills have supressed my appitite so thats a big help. I would highly suggest that while on any medication that you stay away from any type of alcohol. Also to limit your caffeinated beverages.

been taking xenadrine for a few days. Only time i have found an adverse effect was when i took the pills and drank alcohol whilst on them, think that is definitely not a good idea lol. However as far as people saying they get jittery etc, the pills contain quite abit of caffeine i think its generally a given.. think youd find the same if u had alot of coffee. pills arent miracle workers… the pill is desgined for use with a calorie controlled diet and exercise. So for those posting who don’t exercise theres really no point even bothering. Starting to take weight loss pills without incorporating exercise into your lifestyle is pointless, even if you do manage to lose weight its never going to stay off if you don’t begin to exercise. I never used to exercise a great deal because i didn’t enjoy it, but its important and i slowly brought it into my life. I really don’t think anyone who isn’t exercising should bother posting a review on a product thats designed for people who exercise. If your on the pill and controlling your calories and exercising and aren’t losing any weight, or a really insignificant amount then you probably need to lower your calorie intake more, up your exercise more or your probably counting your calories wrong and forgetting to include calories from things like drinks or whatever, because its not like the pill stops you from losing weight so if your losing nothing at all then its your calorie intake or exercise that isnt right not the pill.

I took Xenadrine to help me lose weight for my wedding, it worked the first time around. I lost about 20 lbs in 2 months. Now that summer is almost here I tried just a work out regime and eating healthy for about 5 weeks. In the first 2 weeks I lost about 5 lbs, and then I lost nothing for the next 3.
