What is Accomplix Carb?

Accomplix Carb, from Advanced Pharmaceuticals, makes a “guarantee that the foods you eat won’t lead to extra carbohydrate absorption.”  Recently in diet trends there has been a lot of hype about “carbs” and their effect on weight gain.  The truth is that carbohydrates are crucial for good health, but excess consumption without matching exercise in any case can lead to more fat-storage.  What does this product offer to help you with those extra carbs?

Accomplix Carb Ingredient Analysis

Oddly enough, there are only two ingredients in this “maximum strength, physician formula”.  These are:

• Phaseolus Vulgaris - Also known as the common bean.  This extract has been shown in some studies to keep carbohydrates from breaking down into sugars.
• Gymnema Sylvestre – presumed to reduce cravings for sugar, this herb has very little concrete research as to its effectiveness in weight loss.

Well, at least 50% of the ingredients have some reputable evidence about their ability to help you lose weight.  All I can say is that this product MAY reduce some of the absorption of carbohydrates in your diet, but this is very unsure and could not possibly be worth $30 per bottle.

Accomplix Carb Conclusion

In my professional opinion, Accomplix Carb is a total rip-off.  There is nothing in this product that is worth anywhere near what they charge and there is no significant evidence to prove its effectiveness at helping anyone lose weight. I do not recommend it.
